Nowadays,global competitions become increasingly fierce.Breakthroughs in science and technology bring profound changes to people's daily life,production and business models.Innovation is regarded as the core of strategies by more and more enterprises,and it cannot be separated from innovative employees.In order to improve the innovation behavior of employees,effective incentive mechanism and extensive development platform should be provided to stimulate them.As a result,a win-win situation between individual value and enterprise strategy can be achieved.At present,as a new incentive method with higher adaptability to employees' spiritual needs,workplace fun enters the management practice of Chinese enterprises and attracts the attention of the academic circle.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply explore the relationship between workplace fun and employees' innovative behaviors and provide more empirical data for the development of enterprise management practices and related theories.Based on the integration of workplace fun,innovation behavior and related theories,this paper preliminarily constructs a theoretical model.After that,it introduces job involvement as a mediating variable and internal and external controlled personality traits as a moderating variable.Then,it successfully explores the influence mechanism of workplace fun on employees' innovation behavior.By investigating employees from different types of enterprises,420 questionnaires are sent out,and significant conclusions are drawn as follows :(1)There is a significant positive correlation between workplace fun and employees' innovative behaviors.So are its dimensions.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between workplace fun and job involvement.Different forms of fun have different influence paths on specific levels of job involvement.At the same time,job involvement plays a partial mediating role between workplace fun and innovative behavior.(3)Locus of control personality can significantly adjust the relationship between job involvement,including its dimensions and innovation behavior,and partial internal control personality plays a strengthening role.Therefore,the research on the influence mechanism of workplace fun on employees' innovative behaviors is more perfect.Based on the research conclusion,the paper combines with the application status of workplace fun in enterprises,puts forward specific management suggestions for enterprise managers from aspects of management concepts,forms of fun activities and employees' personality traits,so as to promote the improvement of employees' innovative behaviors.
