Research On The Mixed Functions Of Characteristic Towns From The Perspective Of Industrial Correlation

The core connotation of the characteristic town is the leading industry and industrial system that is integrated with its unique location.However,how to reasonably and effectively guide the industrial system to carry out spatial layout and ensure the landing of the industry and the demand for land use are the key points and difficulties in the implementation of the industrial planning of the characteristic town.At present,the upsurge of creating characteristic towns across the country has put forward more operational requirements for the construction of industrial system,the allocation of industrial land and space,and the mixing of land and space.Functional mixing is one of the important planning strategies to ensure the rational layout of urban functions,promote the efficient and rational use of land or space,create the vitality of the site,and promote the sustainable development of the city.However,the traditional functional mixed research mostly takes the urban central area as the carrier.How to ensure the rational layout of the characteristic small town industrial system,promote the efficient use of industrial land,and activate the vitality of the industrial cluster through functional mixed research is worthy of consideration and exploration.From the perspective of industrial linkage,the functional mixed study of characteristic towns focuses on the industrial system within the town.Starting from the basis of industrial development,the trend of industrial development,the possibilities of industrial landing and industrial association,the industrial system with leading industry as the core is constructed.And from the perspective of ensuring the landing of the industry,rational distribution,and improving the efficiency of land and space utilization,the functional layout and function configuration of the characteristic towns are carried out.Then,from the two dimensions of industry forward linkage and industry backward linkage,the spatial planning of industrial space demand and function mix of characteristic towns is carried out.Taking the function mixing of characteristic town as the research object,this paper puts forward the quantitative research method of industrial ecosystem construction and functional mixed planning in characteristic town From the perspective of industrial linkage.Firstly,the theoretical connotation of functional mixing of characteristic towns is studied,and the relevant theoretical support is systematically reviewed.Then,through the principle of economic supply and demand,the theory of industrial relevance was spatially interpreted,the post-deducted spatial correlation model is used to guide the selection of dominant industries in the characteristic towns and their rationality test,the construction of the characteristic town industrial system and its rationality test,and the functional mix of characteristic towns.Finally,according to the results of the study,the strategies of industrial compatibility,land mixing and spatial mixing are put forward.Based on these strategies,the layout and compatibility of regulatory land in small towns are adjusted and optimized.The functional mixed strategy of characteristic towns from the perspective of industrial linkage mainly includes land use industry compatibility strategy,land use function hybrid strategy,land use control and compatibility optimization strategy,and industrial space hybrid strategy.The land use industry compatibility strategy includes fully compatible,encouraging compatible,passive compatible,and incompatible industries.The land use function mixing strategy includes land use function layout,land use function configuration,and land use function mixed proportion strategy.Control land layout and compatibility optimization strategy,including control layout optimization adjustment recommendations and control land compatibility recommendations.The industrial space hybrid strategy includes industrial space allocation and industrial space mixed proportion strategy.
