Research On The Industrial Planning Of Characteristic Towns Based On Embeddedness

The characteristic town is an innovative development model of new urbanization that promotes agricultural modernization by developing distinctive industries.Since July 2016,policies on the cultivation of characteristics towns have been gradually introduced.The key to a characteristic town is the word “characteristics” that points out “characteristic industry.Through the reorganization of the local economic structure,attracting the gathering of talents,enterprises and technologies,and fully promoting the development of local characteristic industries,The characteristic town can realize the innovation of the town's economic development model.This paper focuses on the industrial construction of characteristic towns,combines economic theories and methods,and starts with the direction of pre-industrial planning to provide theoretical guidance for the industrial planning of the town.The research focuses on three areas:1 In the early stage of planning,how to choose an industry suitable for local development.This paper puts forward the viewpoint of combining the theory of embeddedness with the development of characteristic towns,and studies the types of successful towns' industries at home and abroad.Through the summary of its industrial types,according to the corresponding relationship between roots and industry,the embeddedness are divided into four types of embeddedness: natural resource,regional cultural,social capital,Geographical traffic.Due to the imbalance of development in various regions of China,this paper studies the embeddedness of the first batch towns,and gives embeddedness selection in different regions.In order to verify the reliability of this qualitative reference,this paper establishes the embeddedness model of different regions,using regression analysis to further confirm the industrial embeddedness type.2 Planning and construction,how to achieve steady development after choosing a certain embedded industry,the subsequent construction planning is more important.The development of towns with different embeddedness in different regions has its uniqueness.According to the actual situation of the town,the paper used AHP analytic method to build development framework.3 Implementation,good planning needs to be feasible.Through the actual visit to a special town in Dalian,this paper identifies its embeddedness and development framework and points out some practical advices for its follow-up industry construction.
