With the rapid development of national economy and the increase of disposable income per capita,tourism has increasingly become the main way of life and economic activities in modern society,besides it has rapidly developed and become the most dynamic "sunrise industry".As an important part of tourism industry,inbound tourism plays an important role in international tourism competition,and it is a critical index to measure the comprehensive development level of tourism in a region.In addition,it is the main way to increase foreign exchange income and relieve employment pressure,it also has advantanges in expanding opening up and promoting economic and cultural communication.In 2016 international tourism continued to grow globally,about 1.235 billion inbound tourists,an increase of 4% over the same period last year.Asia,Europe and the America still maintained three major international tourism hotspots.China is the fastest developing country in the Asia-Pacific region.The overall development of inbound tourism is good,however there are still some problems.From the point of view of the speed of development,compared with GDP growth rate(6.9%)andoutbound tourism growth rate(7%),inbound tourism growth rate is relatively slow.It shows that the development of inbound tourism market still has a long way to extend,and it is still subject to complex external environment and the endogenous power to be excavated.Therefore,this paper mainly in the perspective of inbound tourism performance,analysing the development status of inbound tourism and the influencing factors of inbound tourism,then providing some suggestions for improving the development of inbound tourism.Firstly,this paper summarizes the previous research's perspectives and results,then expounds the concept of inbound tourism and its performance.Besieds we also analysis the current situation of inbound tourism in China from different demiensions,and excavates its advantages and disadvantage.This paper adopts Bootstrap-DEA method to evaluate the performance of inbound tourism,which can not only improve the evaluation effect but reduce the dependence between decision-making units.Considering the scale variability of tourism industry,the BCC model with variable scale based on input is chosen.Through the analysis of the current situation and research on the influencing factors of tourism development,this paper mainly chooses tourism resources advantage,Location Transportation advantage,information technology level and opening-up level,and alse chooses four auxiliary variables: public safety,tertiary industry development,environmental quality and urbanization rate to analyze.Through constructing SYS-GMM model to research the relationship between inbound tourism performance and various influencing factors.
