E Company Power Supply Product R&D Project Quality Management Research

With the development of manufacture technology,the quality assurance ability of manufacturing process has been staged at a very high level,the focus of project quality management should be advanced to the new product development stage.Therefore,in the power supply product R & D production company still have to face how to manage the new R & D project and how to improve the quality of new R & D products.Based on the theory of project quality management and PDCA cycle theory,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the R & D projects of power supply products and the causes of the main problems in the projects.In the project of power product development,fhow to improve the quality by PDCA cycle is studied in this system.Combined with Y power source R & D project,having identifying the key problems of quality management in this project,and on the basis of this,finding the root cause of project quality problem.Through the combination of PDCA cycle and quality improvement,the solution to the problem is finally found.This paper takes the R & D project of E Power supply Company as the research object,uses the PDCA cycle P(Plan)– D(Do)–C(Check)– A(Action)to improve the quality of E company's R & D project.Firstly,selecting a typical Y power source R & D project,and sorting out the outstanding quality problems of Y project,and then using brainstorming and fish bones to analysis the quality influencing factors of Y project.Secondly,using expert scoring method to determine the key influencing factors,meanwhile further analyze these key factors.Finally,based on the quality problem and root cause analysis of Y project,using PDCA cycle four stage process Management method to improve the quality of E Company R & D projects.That is,in phase P,puting forward the corresponding measures to improve the project's quality,in phase D,refining the process quality points that need to be focused on in the implementation phase;in phase C,Monitoring and analyzing actual performance,and then summarizing several points needed for improving,in phase A,running a new round of PDCA loop to improve the issues left over from phase C.In addition,using contrast analysis method to evaluate the improvement effect of the new W power supply project.Finally,the paper points out that PDCA cycle can improve the quality management system and improve the R & D quality.Through the application of PDCA quality management method in this project,we have accumulated the experience of quality management of new product research and development,and provide the management experience and method for the same industry and other industries.
