Analysis On The Optimization Countermeasures Of The Industrial Poverty Alleviation Vegetable Greenhouse Project In Lihewu Town From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a worldwide problem,and anti-poverty is a common task of mankind.Our country regards precise poverty alleviation as the basic national strategy.Industrial poverty alleviation is the key to precise poverty alleviation.Implementing industrial poverty alleviation projects is the engine of precise poverty alleviation.Under the background of precise poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation is an important measure of "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation.Through the practice of industrial poverty alleviation and the combination of industrial development strategy,all parts of the country continuously indexed into suitable industrial projects,which provided strong support for the region to lift off poverty and cap.Based on the perspective of precise poverty alleviation,this paper takes the vegetable greenhouse project of industrial poverty alleviation in Lihewu Town,Linyi County,Shandong Province,as the research object,and uses specific research methods such as theoretical analysis,empirical analysis and data analysis,combined with economics,management theory and industrial poverty alleviation project practice.The dilemma of the industrial poverty alleviation project implemented in this area was analyzed,and the specific reasons for the dilemma of the industrial poverty alleviation project in Lihewu Town,taking vegetable greenhouse as an example,were explored.The countermeasures and suggestions for the government to improve the management of the industrial poverty alleviation project were put forward.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research on industrial poverty alleviation projects at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing achievements and shortcomings;secondly,it explains the core concepts and related theories;secondly,based on field research,it designs questionnaires to analyze the implementation of the poverty alleviation projects in Lihewu Town.Summarize the difficulties and reasons of the implementation of the industrial poverty alleviation project in Lihewu Town,and finally put forward the optimization policy suggestions for the difficulties faced by the industrial poverty alleviation project.It is pointed out that under the background of precise poverty alleviation,the "six precise" objectives and requirements put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping should be strictly implemented,the role of non-governmental organizations in the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation projects should be vigorously brought into play,the supervision of quality construction should be strengthened in the implementation of projects,and the investment in vocational education should be increased to fully guarantee poor farmers.The right of households to know and participate in poverty alleviation projects will be promoted by innovating business models,increasing rural tourism and so on.
