Model Construction On The Operator's Competencies Of Grain Trade Enterprises

Grain trade enterprises are the link between grain production and grain consumption,which are of great significance to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and the development of grain circulation market.The model construction has important theoretical reference and practical value for the implementation of human resources of grain trading enterprise strategy.Aiming at human resource management problems of X grain trade enterprise and grain trade industry,this study sorts out the current research status of operator's competence of grain trade enterprises,and clarifies the construction target,process and method of operator's competency model of grain trading enterprises.The competency dictionary,which is developed by Development Dimensions International,is used to select the competency index suitable and form the competency code table for grain trading enterprise operators.Then,the behavioral event interview method is used to construct the initial model of the operator's competence of grain trade enterprises.Then the expert interview method is used to construct a revised model.Finally,137 questionnaires were distributed online to the operators of grain trading enterprises.The statistical analysis and factor analysis of the questionnaire data are carried out by using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0,and the operators' competency model of grain trade enterprises are tested.The results show that there are mainly three dimensions of the competence model of grain trading enterprise operators,namely,the industry operation control ability,personal quality learning ability and information preference application ability.The three dimensions are composed of 9 competency characteristics respectively,and these are integrity and integrity,proactive,summarizing ability,proactive,adaptive ability,decision-making,resource allocation,risk challenge and business acumen.The cumulative contribution rate of these three dimensions is 73.786%.In this study,the competency model on operators of grain business,which is based on application orientation,is scientific and stable,and is applicable to selection,evaluation and training operators for grain trade enterprise.
