| At present our country in the cultural relics construction protection and the development and the use process,the main investment method is the government related department's financial support.As the protection of cultural relics construction and development and utilization of professional projects,engineering complexity,so the amount of money involved,relying solely on government financial support can not meet the project a huge funding gap.In order to protect cultural relics construction and realize the diversification of capital sources,it is urgent to seek a new financing model for the protection and development of cultural relics.And through the PPP financing model for heritage conservation and development and utilization,can actively introduce social capital,ease government financial pressure,so as to achieve the purpose of conservation and utilization of heritage buildings.Guangzhou Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall is located in Guangzhou Yuexiu Hill Road south of the East,started in 1928,completed in 1931,is one of the most iconic buildings in Guangzhou.Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall is a national key cultural relics protection units,set travel,gathering and performing as one of the important places,and was named the national AAAA class tourist attractions.After the founding of new China,The Government has seven large sums of money to the Memorial Hall of the main repair and maintenance of the surrounding environment.Since 1998,since the major maintenance since the past 20 years have not been a major maintenance,Memorial Hall main roof leakage,part of the structure and construction damage,hall lighting and air conditioning system aging problems,troubled Memorial Hall Protection and utilization.Therefore,the comprehensive maintenance of the Memorial Hall has an urgent practical significance.In this paper,the use of PPP model to carry out a comprehensive maintenance of the Guangzhou Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall.First,describes the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad are reviewed PPP financing mode,combined with the actual situation of Guangzhou Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall,the memorial hall comprehensive maintenance plan and investment estimation.Secondly,combined with the Guangzhou Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall of the operation,for the economic analysis,the application of PPP financing mode of Guangzhou Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall of the feasibility of comprehensive maintenance is studied,and the PPP model of Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall comprehensive maintenance data calculation and selection work.Finally,according to the actual situation of the project,the security measures of the project implementation are studied,and the project risk identification and research are carried out. |
