A Study On Land Trusteeship Model In The Transition Of Traditional Agriculture In Z City Of H Province

China is a big agricultural country.The problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the top priority of the country.The agricultural issue is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the development of agriculture first,and in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,civilized civilization,effective governance,and affluent life,establish and improve the system of urban and rural integration development system and accelerate the promotion of agricultural and rural areas modernization.The land has always been the most important production and living materials in the work of the three rural areas,and it is also the last guarantee of the peasants.It is the most essential elemental resource in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.How to realize the rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress is in fact the task of transforming traditional agriculture into modern agriculture and grasping the key to improving agricultural production efficiency,but both of these need to do enough articles on the land.At present,China's traditional agricultural development model has not adapted to the current social development environment,and the linkage mechanism between small farmers and large markets,small agriculture and modern agriculture has not yet been established,resulting in a very low ability of agriculture to withstand market risks.Under the current situation of economic globalization,we must study the development trend of agricultural modernization,develop strengths and circumvent weaknesses,create conditions under the premise of doing basic work,and vigorously develop intellectual agriculture,fine agriculture,information agriculture,ecological agriculture,etc.Agriculture is on the road to modernization as soon as possible.However,on the basis of the relatively stable technical level,economic scale and intelligence level in a period,how to quickly promote the transformation of traditional agriculture from China to modern agriculture,the author believes that in the local field of agricultural production,the use of structural adjustment to promote the entire industry to optimizing the upgrade is the right path.The main content of this paper is to analyze and summarize the land use situation in several key periods of traditional agricultural transformation since China's reform and opening up,to study the benefits and drawbacks of land innovation,and to compare the effective land use patterns at home and abroad.The advantages and disadvantages of various land trust modes are discussed,and several feasible suggestions for the transformation of traditional agriculture in China are proposed.Since the reform and opening up,the advantages and disadvantages of several domestic land model innovation development processes have been analyzed,and the land use model suitable for China's agricultural modernization at this stage has been analyzed.Through the analysis of agricultural land use in developed agricultural countries,the deliberate experience of agricultural land route has been identified,and on this basis,extract the way and effect of the land trust model.On this basis,this paper chooses B town of Z city in H province to do some case and data analysis.In view of the problems existing in the process of agricultural development of this town,how to use advanced land trusteeship mode to promote the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture is discussed and studied in depth.Combining with the actual situation of Z city in H province,a land suitable for the transformation of local traditional agriculture is found.Hosting mode.In order to guide the same type of local land trusteeship mode,and gradually realize the transformation and upgrading from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.At present,there is not much research and practical application of land trusteeship model in China.Based on this new model,this paper makes targeted research and puts forward some suggestions for reference,mainly to play a common thinking and explore the effect of common promotion.However,due to the extensive content of this study,many issues still need further discussion and research.
