A Study On The Long Effect Mechanism Of Rural Poverty Alleviation And Income Growth In The Northern Part Of Guangzhou

After years of helping the poor in rural areas,especially carrying out two rounds of helping the rural areas in the northern part of the country to overcome poverty,a series of support policies and support measures have been implemented,and good results have been achieved in Guangzhou.There has been no absolute poor people below the national poverty line already.However,due to the different natural resource endorsements,the development of the regions is not balanced and there are still some rural people living in relative poverty,which is mainly distributed in the northern part of Guangzhou.Due to the existence of the relative poverty population and the short-term effect of the poverty alleviation mechanism itself,the results of poverty alleviation are not stable.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to establish a long-term mechanism of rural poverty alleviation and income enhancement from the perspective of system,consolidate the achievements of rural poverty alleviation and assistance,and ensure that the rural poverty-stricken households no longer return to poverty and the new poor households no longer appear.Based on the dual structure theory,the ability poverty theory and the industry poverty alleviation theory,using literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire,interviewing method and other methods,this paper first sorts out the theories and models of poverty alleviation and income enhancement in China and the west and analyzes the pattern of rural poverty alleviation and income increase in the northern part of Guangzhou city.Secondly,Through questionnaires,interviews and reference to Guangzhou Rural Development Report over the years.it summarizes the deficiencies of the long-term mechanism of rural poverty alleviation and income enhancement inGuangzhou,such as the lack of attraction of rural development,insufficient hematopoietic function of farmers,backward industrial infrastructure construction,single assistance force,insufficient utilization of funds and insufficient long-term effect of poverty alleviation and income enhancement measures.Finally,from the perspective of constructing a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation and income increase in rural areas,it is not limited to poverty alleviation for specific poor households and poor villages.It proposes to establish a mechanism for urban-rural integration,a long-term mechanism for rural development,a long-term mechanism for agricultural development,a long-term mechanism for increasing farmers' income,a long-term mechanism for industrial poverty alleviation,and a long-term mechanism for helping farmers,so as to achieve a solid foundation for rural development and stimulate the internal development of agricultural and rural development,to turn weakness into strength,establish and improve the Guangzhou north rural poverty increase long-term mechanism,to help the poor rural areas and poor households avoid the threat of poverty altogether.This paper explores the establishment and improvement of the long-term mechanism of rural poverty alleviation,which provides theoretical support for China's anti-poverty efforts and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and has certain practical guiding significance for the construction of harmonious rural areas and the revitalization of rural areas.
