Research On The Export Of Agricultural Products Between China And Japan Based On Positive List System

Agriculture is the foundation of China's national economy,and the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been a fundamental issue affecting China's economic development and social stability.China's agricultural products import and export trade is growing fast in recent years,but the restrictions of the international market for Chinese products continues to increase,and the sustainable development of China's agricultural products import and export trade pose a threat,brought huge pressures to the development of agriculture in our country.Japan's largest export market for agricultural products in China,the change of the technical trade barriers has always affects the development of China's exports of agricultural products,"positive list system" as a new technical barriers to trade measures,officially began in 2006,is the most current standards in the world,one of the most strict technical barriers to trade.This article first to the main content of "positive list system" are introduced,and then from exports accounted for,the trade structure,trade friction status from three aspects has carried on the summary about the present situation of our country agricultural product trade to Japan.On this basis,this paper analyzes the influence of "positive list system" on Chinese agricultural products exported to Japan,and enumerates some typical examples for demonstration.Finally,on the basis of the above research and analysis,the policy Suggestions to deal with the "positive list system" are put forward from the macro,medium and micro aspects.
