| Xinyu agricultural and commercial bank is affiliated to the Jiangxi provincial government cooperative association of rural credit cooperatives in Jiangxi province.In recent years,under the strong leadership of Jiangxi Provincial Associated Press and Xinyu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government,Xinyu Agricultural and Commercial Bank has adhered to the principle of "accurately alleviating poverty,accurately eliminating poverty",adhered to the market orientation of "based on community,serving the community,supporting agriculture and supporting small" and took "strengthening the foundation,improving quality and efficiency" as the general keynote of its work and insisted on serving "three aspects" "Agriculture" will organically integrate the work of supporting agriculture and poverty alleviation,comprehensively improve and upgrade the level of precise poverty alleviation financial services,fully fulfill the responsibility of precise poverty alleviation,and constantly promote the work of precise poverty alleviation in an all-round way.This paper takes the participation of Xinyu Agricultural and Commercial Bank in the precise poverty alleviation work as an investigation and research object,and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the participation of Xinyu Agricultural and Commercial Bank in the precise poverty alleviation work by utilizing the theory of public management,hoping to provide reference for local governments in promoting the precise poverty alleviation work.Based on the theory of financial development and the theory of financial poverty reduction,this paper uses empirical research and literature research methods.Firstly,on the basis of existing research,this paper combs the related concepts such as precision poverty alleviation,and discusses the theory of bank participation.Then,the paper studies the case and data of Xinyu Agricultural and Commercial Bank’s participation in poverty alleviation,and analyzes the status quo of Xinyu Agricultural and Commercial Bank’s participation in poverty alleviation through the conclusion of data analysis,and finds that there are still some difficulties in Xinyu Agricultural and Commercial Bank’s participation in accurate poverty alleviation.This paper mainly describes the current difficulties in terms of the shortcomings of agriculture-related finance,the difficulty in identifying and cultivating poor households,the difficulty in getting rid of poverty and the imperfection of risk mechanism,and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of poverty alleviation service mechanism,the implementation of aid measures and financial support,and finally establishes the long-term mechanism of financial poverty alleviation and financial support.The innovation of products,the government’s mobilization of financial enthusiasm,the operational mechanism,security mechanism and otheraspects of the proposed improvement proposals and countermeasures.It is hoped that the above countermeasures can optimize the participation of Xinyu Agricultural Commercial Bank in poverty alleviation,and provide reference for other agricultural commercial banks and even the whole financial participation in poverty alleviation. |
