Research On Risk Management Of T Company On YL Overseas Project

With the full implementation of the strategy of Chinese "one belt,one road",Chinese enterprises have more opportunities in the international arena to integrate into the tide of world economic construction,and have emerged a number of outstanding enterprises and successful overseas investment cooperation projects.It help enterprises to get huge economic returns,but also the strategy lead effect for domestic enterprises to "go out".But at the same time,there have been due to the impact of various factors and lead to the case of serious losses.As the international situation is complicated and changeable,it has a very serious impact on the overseas business behavior for the enterprise.Any change of the project link may lead to the project investment loss or even failure.Especially in many projects.Because the Chinese enterprises need to invest in advance and then get the proceeds,the project risk is very large.Therefore,how to efficiently and comprehensively identify,analyze,respond to and monitor risks in international projects has become the top priority of each enterprise in foreign projects.T Company is high-tech enterprise which is specialized in the research and manufacture of the command and communication technology.The main field is China dispatching communication market.It has strong ability on researching especial network communications technology and high professional level on application.Now T Company has successfully obtained the YL National Electric Power Dispatching Center communication system project,but has no relevant experience on how to operate in the YL country.Unknown high risk and strong expectation of the market also coexist.Based on researching the relevant literatures on the risk control from forerunners,this paper uses the expert resources of the foreign trade business in related industries to carry out the questionnaire survey,and combines the project itself as the characteristics of the special field dispatching communication system to identify the key risk of T Company in the YL project and to evaluate the risk factors through the methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and to determine the weight of each risk factor.So as to formulate an effective risk management response mechanism and as a reference for the future foreign project of the enterprise.And it also provides reference for the similar access enterprises.
