As market competition increasingly intense,corporate culture has an extremely important influence on the specific survival,development and sustainable development of the company.Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises is one of the important topics put forward in the report of the Nineteenth Congress.However,there is less previous research based on the perspective of corporate culture to discuss the contents of the reform of state-owned enterprises.On the perspective of corporate culture improvement,research on the corporate culture of Changsha Rail Transit Group.According to the collection and collation of documents and data,surveys,data analysis,interviews and other methods,this article deeply study and analysis of the current status of the enterprise culture of Changsha Rail Transit Group.Using the relevant theories of corporate culture and human resources and drawing on the experience of corporate culture construction of well-known companies at home and abroad,the problems existing in the enterprise culture of Changsha Rail Transit Group were discussed and the reasons behind the analysis were analyzed.In response to the problems existing in the Changsha Rail Transit Group,this study propose corresponding improvement programs,by considering the current status of the enterprise and using human resource management knowledge.This paper concludes that Changsha Rail Transit Group should improve the corporate culture from the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material dimensions.The spiritual dimension should make clear the connotation of corporate culture,strengthen the learning of corporate culture content and integrate into corporate characteristics.The institutional dimension needs to improve the supervision system,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,and improve the compensation mechanism and performance appraisal mechanism.The behavioral dimensions should broaden the communication channels within the corporate,create an activity atmosphere and addition activity facilities.The material dimension need to strengthen the corporate culture publicity and enhance the corporate image.At the same time,the related supporting measures and implementation effect evaluation system should be improved.Establish the corporate culture,which is adapt to the needs of the country and social development,and the operation and management of company.Meanwhile,it can also fully reflect the characteristics of the company and its core competitiveness.After the above analysis,propose a corporate culture improvement plan with strong implementability,practical guidance significance,and reference value will help form a more complete and comprehensive corporate culture construction for Changsha Rail Transportation Group to improve the performance level and core competition of the company.Meanwhile,it has further enriched the experience and direction of the management of state-owned enterprises in corporate culture.At the same time,it further enriches the management experience and development direction of corporate culture in state-owned corporates,and provides reference with more practical and guiding significance for the construction of corporate culture with Chinese characteristics.
