self-exploration,due to short-term obstacles,heavy tasks,and lack of resources,there are still have problems such as difficulty in launching,low enthusiasm for poverty alleviation,and ineffective poverty alleviation.How to design and optimize the poverty alleviation mode,effectively promote the poverty alleviation model,give full play to the positive role of the government,financial institutions and other industries,solve the self-development needs of the poor,and promote the economic development of poverty-stricken areas,which is a problem that China needs to solve.China's Xinjiang region is vast,with many poor people,large poverty,deep poverty,and low level of financial development.As one of the provinces with high incidence of poverty in China,it has a large gap with other parts of China,and it has built a well-off society in an all-round way.In the countdown phase,in order to quickly realize the self-development of the poor,and get rid of poverty and get rich,accurate poverty alleviation is needed.Financial poverty alleviation,through the cooperation of financial institutions,provides financial services or project funds to the poor,can accurately and effectively meet the income increase of the poor,achieve their own sustainable development needs,and achieve the goal of precision poverty.Therefore,it has become an important starting point for poverty alleviation and development,and has a significant positive impact on promoting precision poverty alleviation.What kind of financial poverty alleviation model is adopted is a key step in carrying out financial poverty alleviation work and increasing the income of the poor.This paper focuses on the goal of increasing the poverty-stricken population in Qiemo County of Xinjiang,and after analyzing and understanding the basic situation of the locality,the status quo of poverty,and financial poverty alleviation,it analyzes in detail the problems existing in the existing financial poverty alleviation model in Qiemo County.Combining the current development trend of rural finance in China and the new demand of rural residents for financial services,focusing on solving problems and designing a financial poverty alleviation model that can be fully promoted according to local conditions,and further proposing countermeasures for the effective development of the model,with a view to The poverty alleviation work in the county has given new directions for development.This paper first describes the background of the research and the significance of conducting research on poverty alleviation and designing a model of financial poverty alleviation.After reviewing and arranging the literature on domestic and foreign scholars' research on issues related to financial poverty alleviation and financial poverty alleviation,the research direction was established.In order to find theoretical support,after studying relevant financial theories,the poverty and anti-poverty theory,inclusive financial theory and precise poverty alleviation theory based on this paper are further listed.Next,through field visits,questionnaires,interviews,etc.,we will focus on the basic situation,poverty status,and financial poverty alleviation work in Qiemo County,Xinjiang.After learning that the financial poverty alleviation model adopted in the local financial poverty alleviation work did not achieve effective results,combined with the data and the information obtained from the poverty alleviation office and the poverty alleviation working group,the two financial poverty alleviation models currently adopted by the county were analyzed in detail.That is,the “bank + enterprise + park + farmer” model and the “government + bank + cooperative + farmer” model still have some problems,such as insufficient bank financing,small scale of enterprises,low efficiency of the park,weak implementation of government policies,insufficient development of cooperatives,and lack of financial knowledge of farmers.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the problems,based on the geographical characteristics of the county and the development advantages of agriculture and animal husbandry,the financial poverty alleviation model was designed according to local conditions,namely “finance + e-commerce + logistics + farmers” mode,“credit + The “guarantee + farmer” model and the “financial + tourism + farmer” model,I detail how these models operate according to the resources available in the county,and have the characteristics and significance to achieve the multi-dimensional sustainability of local residents.Finally,in order to protect the effective use and implementation of the innovative financial poverty alleviation model,it puts forward relevant safeguard measures to improve the Internet financial platform,improve the construction of credit environment,and promote the development of tourism,so as to accelerate the construction of the
