Research On The Evolution Of Values Of Private Entrepreneurs Since Reform And Opening-up

As President Xi Jinping pointed out that "if we deepen the reform in an all-round way,we must stimulate the vitality of the market.However,the vitality of market comes from people,especially entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship”.By establishing correct values,private entrepreneurs can effectively promote the economic development of private enterprises and spiritually promote entrepreneurs to find opportunities and create value.Since the reform and opening-up,private entrepreneurs have been impacted by social ideological trends such as money worship,hedonism,historical nihilism and moral relativism,and their values have been confused and even missing.At the stage of deepening the reform in an all-round way,we need to summarize the overall situation of the values of private entrepreneurs since the reform and opening-up,and sort out the countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating the core values of Chinese socialism of private entrepreneurs.In this paper,I comprehensively use the methods of literature analysis,comparative study and model analysis to systematically explain the relevant theories of value,values,entrepreneur value and value management.Then I analyze the dialectical relationship between policy adjustment and private economic development and systematically summarize the ups and downs of private entrepreneurs' growth and value evolution and then scientifically grasp the overall situation of values of private entrepreneurs since the reform and opening-up.Finally,I put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate the core values of Chinese socialism of private entrepreneurs.The details are as follows: The first part is the introduction.It explains the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad.The second part is to analyses the theory of value management of private entrepreneurs,clarifies the core concepts of entrepreneurs,values,personal values,enterprise values,etc.,explains the connotation and function of entrepreneurs' values,considers that entrepreneurs' values are gradually formed in the practice of production and operation,and strive for the mission,vision,purpose,spirit and business philosophy with the characteristics of the enterprise which are recognized by all employees,as well as the embodiment of these concepts in production and operation practice,management system and behavior mode.Entrepreneur's values are the core content,manifestation and existing mode of the huge system of enterprise culture.In terms of its basic content,entrepreneurs' values mainly include the view of labor,interest,market and culture.The role of entrepreneurs' values includes guidance and incentive,guidance and restraint,and shaping.The theoretical basis of value management of entrepreneurs is mainly entrepreneurship theory and humanism theory.The third part is to combs private entrepreneurs.In this part,it analyses the policy adjustment and the development of private economy and then summarizes the characteristics and general situation of the differentiation of private enterprises as economic elites,in addition,it combs the institutional changes,the growth of private entrepreneurs and the changes of their values.The fourth part is the overall grasp of the value situation of private entrepreneurs since from the reform and opening-up.Through analysis,it is concluded that after the reform and opening-up,the values of private entrepreneurs are aggressive from spiritualism to materialism,then to spirit and relative material and also with the characteristics of collectivism to individualism.The fifth point is to investigate and analyze the factors affecting the cultivation of entrepreneurial socialist core values based on the interpretative structural model,and to express the path of cultivating entrepreneurial socialist core values through hierarchical structure,thus guiding the socialist core of private entrepreneurs in the new era.The cultivation of values is mainly discussed in three aspects: government level,cultural level and entrepreneur level.The study of private entrepreneurs' values involves the cross-disciplinary research of economics,philosophy,politics,statistics and so on.It needs the combination of literature research and empirical research.Due to the limited ability,the data in this paper quotes the data of Chinese entrepreneurs' survey system,and the model in this paper needs further testing.It's a long way to go.I'm going to look up and down.
