China is in an important period of economic restructuring.Technological innovation is the core task of China's current development strategy and the fundamental way to achieve the goal of building an innovative country.In order to promote high-end technological innovation activities,China also attaches great importance to the development of innovation in intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Enterprises are the microcosmic main body of innovation.However,the innovation capability of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in China is relatively weak,and the utilization rate of innovation resources is relatively low.Although mature network embedding platforms have been formed in some areas,they have not yet been able to interact well with the internal resources of enterprises and give full play to the role of network embedding.Therefore,under the policy background of vigorously advocating the development of technological innovation in China,promoting the positive interaction between embedded network and technological innovation and improving the innovation capability of intelligent manufacturing enterprises have become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the resource-based theory and knowledge management theory,this paper summarizes the related fields of technological innovation capability,multi-network embedding,knowledge absorption,knowledge transfer and environmental dynamics,and analyses the research connotation and essence of the related fields,divides technological innovation capability into exploratory innovation and utilizational innovation,and divides multi-network embedding into relationship embedding and structure.Embedding and cultural embedding divide knowledge absorption capacity into potential absorption capacity and realization absorption capacity.The influence mechanism of multiple embeddedness on technological innovation capability is studied by using correlation analysis and structural equation model.The direct influence of multiple network embeddedness and its dimensions on technological innovation capability is revealed.The mediating effect of knowledge absorption capability,the moderating effect of environmental dynamics and knowledge transfer are expounded.The results show that multi-network embedding can significantly improve the technological innovation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and the relationship embedding has the strongest promotion effect on exploratory innovation and the structure embedding has the strongest promotion effect on utilizational innovation.The improvement of multi-network embedding will enhance the knowledge absorption ability of enterprises,and the relationship embedding will enhance the knowledge absorption ability(potential absorption ability,realization absorption energy).Force)is more effective than structure embedding and culture embedding;knowledge absorptive capacity has a significant promotion effect on technological innovation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and potential absorptive capacity has the strongest positive effect on exploratory innovation,and realizing absorptive capacity has the strongest positive effect on exploitative innovation;knowledge absorptive capacity has the strongest positive effect on technological innovation in the process of multiple network embedding affecting technological innovation capability.Force plays a partial mediating role;environmental dynamics plays a positive regulatory role between multiple network embedding and knowledge absorption capacity;knowledge transfer plays a partial positive regulatory role between multiple network embedding and knowledge absorption capacity.The research conclusions provide effective suggestions,guidance and support for intelligent manufacturing enterprises to obtain and utilize external resources with high efficiency and to realize the growth of technological innovation capability.They also provide a new perspective for the research of technological innovation capability and promote the intersection and integration of embedded and innovative research fields.
