The Survey Of Land Use Efficiency Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Farms In Wuhan

Along with the new stage of China's social and economic development,the urbanization process is further accelerated and gradually reaches saturation,the importance of coordinated urban and rural development is becoming more and more prominent.In this context,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China officially proposed the strategic goal of "revitalization of the countryside",formally put the development of agriculture,especially rural areas,in the new stage of reform and opening up.requires the standard of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,civilized civilization,effective governance,and affluent life,establish and improve the institutional mechanism and policy system for urban and rural integration development,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.As a kind of new agricultural production and management mode integrating landscape,production,farming,culture and tourism,in the practice of rural revitalization strategy,becoming a new way to promote the construction of new countryside,adjust the structure of agricultural industry,promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income.have an important mission and responsibility.Hubei as a major farming province,the origin of the farm can be traced back to the end of the last century.Wuhan as the provincial capital of Hubei and the strategic city of the central part of the country,while enjoying a wider range of location,humanities,social and economic resources,A large number of excellent farm demonstration sites have emerged.A study on the evaluation of land use efficiency and influencing factors of Wuhan farms is important for the rapid accumulation of farm development paths,exploring the law of development,responding to the rural revitalization strategy,providing reference and experience for ourselves and other regions.Based on the national background of rural revitalization and the Wuhan Municipal Government attaches great importance to the construction of farms,this paper takes Wuhan as an example of four suburbs with farm cluster effect,studying its land use efficiency and its influencing factors.The author collected the operating scale and tourist preference data of the suburban farms that have reached the Wuhan Municipal Government's star rating standards,the evaluation index of farmland land use efficiency was determined and the SBM model was constructed,With the MAXDEA tool,extensive assessment of farmland land use efficiency by adding generalized envelope analysis before and after undesired outputs to compare and exclude net changes in indicators after relaxation rates.On this basis,the factors affecting land use efficiency are further summarized and refined,and the internal and external factors affecting the scale of operation,the distance to the city center,the star rating of the farm,the nature of the operation,the amount of construction input,and the preferences of tourists are extracted..Subsequently,the Tobit regression model is established,verify the six research hypotheses,finding the relationship between the influencing factors of the key role of land use efficiency and various factors.Finally,combined with the Wuhan Municipal Government's implementation of the farm management approach and regional tourism,starting from increasing the efficiency of single farmland and regional land use and improving the ability of government to coordinate governance,The countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the government and the farm itself.This study is expected to provide a reference for the government to build a farm management and evaluation system,establish a multi-dimensional efficiency management awareness of the farm,and the public to choose the farm.At the same time,it is expected that the research results can improve the effectiveness and operability of the farms from the approval,support and management policies,better guide the farm operators to improve the quality of the farms in an all-round way,expand regional synergies,and make the farmhouse construction in Wuhan glow infinitely.
