With the rapid development of information technology,people's work and life,interpersonal communication,food,clothing,housing and transportation are becoming increasingly mobile,information-based and intelligent,and the operation mode and thinking logic at all levels of society are undergoing earth-shaking changes.Big Data,Block Chain,Artificial Intelligence,Cloud Computing and other emerging technologies are emerging and widely used in the financial field.For the banking industry,customers' behavior habits and demand preferences are also changing.The rapid development of information technology is bringing customers a simpler,more efficient and more freewheeling extreme experience,and is also having a great impact on the organizational structure and business model of traditional commercial banks.In the face of new changes,new situations and new challenges,ICBC reviewed the situation and issued the Internet financial brand " e-ICBC" with the overall development of the bank as the guide." e-ICBC" is dominated by three platforms and three product lines,including " mobile bank " e-commerce platform," Friend Link" instant messaging platform and " Shopping Bank" direct shopping bank,and the three products are payment,financing and investment financing.Based on the continuous growth of credit card customers,ICBC once again launched the " e-ICBC" life preferential platform.Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)has a wide range of e-banking APP products with little differentiation.It is difficult for customers to quickly and accurately find the APP products they need for business,resulting in poor customer experience and low usage rate.Customers often accept only one APP,but cannot experience the full product service of ICBC.If customers need multiple services of ICBC at the same time,they need to switch frequently among different APPs of ICBC,which is complicated and wastes time.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of ICBC Hohhot Branch's e-banking products and compares it with Ali pay.On this basis,this paper uses product optimization theory and value analysis theory to put forward suggestions and integration plans for the integration of ICBC Hohhot branch's electronic banking products,and to provide reference for the comprehensive promotionof the sustainable development of ICBC Hohhot branch's electronic banking business.
