In the context of the digital economy, the importance of corporate innovation capabilities in the fiercely competitive environment of-the IT industry has become increasingly prominent. For IT companies, enhancing their ability to innovate is a top priority for companies to survive and sustain. The R&D team is responsible for the innovation of the enterprise. How to improve the innovation ability of the R&D personnel has become the research focus of the current academic community. For IT companies with high academic qualifications and high turnover for employees, the key to continuous growth of the company is the acquisition, sharing and application of new knowledge of employees. For enterprises,in a complex and highly variable competitive environment, companies can quickly develop new products to achieve success, and the source of their competitive advantage is the creation, sharing and utilization of new knowledge. For the team, knowledge sharing is an important foundation for the team to stimulate creativity and improve performance. The valuable knowledge is fully transferred and shared among members, which helps to amplify the value of knowledge and improve organizational performance. For corporate R&D team members,high-frequency knowledge sharing helps team members to enrich their knowledge and experience and quickly respond to market changes. In the process of knowledge sharing,R&D team members can enhance their industry skills and better promote product development and enterprise innovation. This paper takes the IT enterprise R&D team as the research object, studies the impact of human capital on the innovation ability of the R&D team, and the intermediary role of knowledge sharing.By studying relevant literature and theory, the path model of human capital to innovation capability of R&D team and the intermediary path model of knowledge sharing intermediary are constructed. This paper first defines the relevant concepts of the human capital of the R&D team, and divides the R&D team into explicit human capital that is condensed on the individual and implicit human capital that is inherently condensed in the team.Based on the theoretical analysis of knowledge sharing,R&D team human capital and innovation ability, the conceptual model of the influence factors of R&D team human capital on innovation ability is constructed, and the influence of knowledge sharing on the research team's implicit human capital on innovation ability is constructed. The mediation role model, and the following theoretical hypothesis; The negative relationship between the explicit human capital of the R&D team and the innovation ability of the R&D team;the implicit human capital of the R&D team is positively related to the R&D team's innovation ability;R&D team knowledge sharing and innovation The ability is positively related;there is a positive correlation between explicit human capital and knowledge sharing in the R&D team;there is a positive correlation between the implicit human capital and knowledge sharing in the R&D team;knowledge sharing is in the relationship between the explicit human capital and the innovation ability of the R&D team.Intermediary;knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between the implicit human capital of the R&D team and the ability to innovate.Based on the conceptual model and research hypothesis, the empirical analysis program design is carried out from the aspects of questionnaire design and data collection, variable measurement and analysis methods.Descriptive statistical analysis and reliability testing of the collected data were performed using SPSS 22.0 software.AMOS21.0 was used to verify the discriminant validity and convergence validity of the questionnaire, and then the path hypothesis was tested. The causes and results were discussed. The research draws the following conclusions:(1)The research team's implicit human capital is significantly positively correlated with the innovation capability;(2)The R&D team's knowledge sharing level is significantly positively correlated with the innovation capability;(3)The R&D team's implicit human capital is significantly positively correlated with the knowledge sharing;(4)Knowledge sharing plays a part in mediating the impact of R&D team's human capital and innovation capabilities. Finally, suggestions are proposed to improve the innovation ability of the R&D team.
