Corporate culture has been developing since the 1970 s.The theoretical system has been increasingly improved due to the research of scholars at home and abroad and the practice of enterprises.However,with the continuous coverage and popularization of Internet and mobile Internet technology derived from the information technology revolution in the 21 st century,the media and structure in the relationship between supply and demand and social relations have been reshaped,which has brought a lot to the development and operation of modern enterprises New opportunities and challenges,how to optimize cultural construction also need more thinking.This paper adopts the theoretical structure and analysis method of The Theory of Scenes to explore and analyze the basic structure of corporate culture,focus on the life culture field of enterprises in the post industrial era,and explore the new era development paradigm of corporate culture.MI is a mobile Internet scientific and technological enterprise.Since its establishment in2010,it has experienced peak and trough,reform and expansion,and now it has become a listed company with a market value of more than 200 billion.Overall,its development,operation and mechanism optimization are inseparable from the effective support of corporate culture.This paper systematically expounds the connotation of corporate culture and The Theory of Scenes,establishes and analyzes the relationship between them through the "scenario revolution" in the era of mobile Internet,the supply and demand coordination in the trend of consumption change and the multi-agent cultural participation under the social economy.At the same time,combining with the development of MI,it carries out the research on the construction of MI's corporate culture based on The Theory of Scenes,through the field From the perspective of three main dimensions and fifteen sub dimensions of landscape theory,this paper analyzes the structure mechanism and scene grammar of MI's corporate culture in a three-dimensional and in-depth way to find the theoretical support and practical way to effectively build corporate culture.Based on this,the paper analyzes the good performance of MI's corporate culture in five dimensions of Rational,State,Neighborly,Formal and Exhibitionism,and the shortcomings in five dimensions of Local,Ethnic,Charisma,Glamour and Transgression,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In the end,this paper extends the The Theory of Scenes,and proposes a strategy of modern corporate culture construction,which is to examine corporate culture construction from a global perspective,to attach importance to the participation of social consumers in corporate culture and to promote corporate culture cohesion through social media.
