Promotion Strategy Of Enterprise Patent Management From The Perspective Of SECi Knowledge Spiral

Based on SECI knowledge spiral model proposed by famous management master Ikujiro Nonaka,this paper constructs a coupling mechanism flow chart of SECI knowledge creation spiral and patent management by combining patent management contents such as patent creation,patent operation and patent protection,and uses knowledge management theories and methods to solve problems encountered by enterprises in the process of patent creation,patent operation and patent protection.Firstly,the current situation and existing problems of patent management in Chinese enterprises are discussed from the perspectives of patent creation,patent operation and patent protection respectively.Through analysis,it is found that the quality of patent creation in Chinese enterprises is not high.The short board of patent operation still exists as well as the problems of patent protection and the lack of internal and external linkage mechanism for patent protection.Secondly,by briefly introducing the evolution process of patents,readers can more clearly understand the internal logical relationship between knowledge,technology and patents.On this basis,the coupling mechanism flow chart of SECI knowledge spiral and enterprise patent management is constructed.The three main links of enterprise patent management,namely patent creation,patent operation and patent protection,are coupled with the four processes of knowledge transformation in SECI knowledge spiral model: socialization,externalization,combination and internalization.Combining the transfer and transformation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge with the patent management process of patent creation,patent operation and patent protection,the patent management process is reinterpreted from the perspective of knowledge flow and knowledge transformation.Thirdly,since the creation of patents determines the quantity and quality of patents,which is the premise and foundation of patent operation and patent protection,and is also the primary task to achieve the goal of patent management,how to use the theory and method of knowledge management to improve the efficiency and quality of patent creation is particularly critical.Therefore,in the fifth chapter of the thesis,the author,by constructing a game model in the process of tacit knowledge externalization,emphatically analyzes the main influencing factors in the process of encoding the experiences and skills in the minds of enterprise employees into clear and definite technical schemes,and puts forward that the multi-dimensional compound incentive mechanism can effectively improve the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprise employees in the process of tacit knowledge externalization,thus providing targeted suggestions on how to improve the efficiency and quality of patent creation.Finally,combined with the coupling mechanism flow chart of SECI knowledge spiral and enterprise patent management and the game model of patent creation link,from the perspective of knowledge management,it is proposed that enterprises can more effectively promote the degree of externalization of tacit knowledge by establishing a compound incentive mechanism,thus further improving the efficiency and quality level of enterprise patent creation.As a main form of patent operation,technology transfer can fully digest,absorb and internalize the key technologies contained in the patents of technology exporters into their own tacit knowledge by means of technology docking,technology exchange and technology complementation,which can more effectively improve the efficiency and level of enterprise patent operation activities.In the process of socialization of tacit knowledge,attention is paid to the protection of trade secrets and patented technologies,which provides new ideas for solving patent protection problems.
