Study On Seci-Clouds Model Of Enterprise Knowledge Management

With the knowledge economy’s globalization pushing forward, Chinese enterprises are inevitably evolving into the wave of economic globalization. Those industries in the era of knowledge economy are suffering the strike from the rising importance of knowledge and the fast development of Internet information technology. At the same time, human society has entered into the era of big data, whose core is the in-depth data value mining. The coming of big data era provides new thoughts and solutions for the management of enterprise knowledge, namely to help the enterprise’s decision-making, learning and developing process by using the big data’s thought and technology to mine and discover new knowledge.This article combines the big data and knowledge management effectively, and manages to provide enterprise knowledge management model from the prospective of big data. The first step of research period is to analyze both the current features of big data and the model of enterprise knowledge management, using the materials domestic and abroad. The second step focuses on the theoretical researching and analyzing of the SECI model developed by Dr. Dr.ujiro Nonaka in1995, tries to innovatively build a three-dimensional SECI model, which contains individual, mixed and organizational levels. Then bases on the study of knowledge management transmission mechanism by big data method, this article improves and expands the SECI model from the prospective of big data’s thought and technology. Finally, this article introduces the cloud computing technology to build a new enterprise knowledge management model called SECI-Clouds model, which uses the cloud computing technology to conduct enterprise knowledge management under the big data circumstance. Besides, according to the results of this article, the SECI-Clouds model provides instructive suggestions and methods to enterprise knowledge management practice.The value of this article rests with the SECI three-dimension model on the study basis of Dr. Ikujiro Nonaka’s SECI model, which is improved and expanded in the big data environment. And the SICI-Clouds model, driven by the expanded SECI model, provides the enterprise in big data circumstance a new thought and method to manage knowledge. Moreover, this article also creates a new idea for enterprise knowledge management, and provides reference for further research in this area.
