With the rapid development of Chinese economy, human resources has become a key factor for enterprises to obtain competition advantage. As an important component of enterprise human resources, the middle management a becomes the main force for the enterprise's survival and sustainable development. The key aspect of enterprise human resource management is how to better assess and retain these staff. The continuous optimization and improvement of the middle management staff performance appraisal system to further mobilize the enthusiasm of the middle management staff so as to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has gradually become an important problem to face and solve for a lot of enterprises in human resource management.This paper studies the middle management staff performance appraisal of the HS group, using questionnaire and qualitative analysis to analyze issues and solve problems. The optimization design of the middle management personnel performance evaluation system is provided to the HS group. Based on the background analysis of the HS group of middle management, the research purpose of the performance management of middle of the HS group, the meaning and methods have been discussed. Combined with the relevant theories of performance appraisal and the questionnaire method, the current situation and problems of the middle management personnel performance of the HS group have been studied; Based on the existing staff performance appraisal problems of the HS group middle management, the optimization scheme of the performance appraisal system for the HS group has been suggested including the middle management staff assessment indicators, the assessment cycle and the process optimization. In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the scheme, the safeguard measures are proposed in the four areas of ideology, organization, system and culture; Finally the papers concludes and develops the outlook prospect, and raises questions for future research.The optimization and improvement of the HS group middle managers performance evaluation has greatly improved. It fully mobilizes the enthusiasm and initiative of the middle management staff, also further enhances the company's production efficiency and market competitiveness. The research paper can not only promote the level of human resource management of HS group, but also can provide reference and experience for other related enterprises.
