A Study On The Livelihood Of Landless Farmers In The Process Of Tourism Development And The Countermeasures

In recent years,China's economic development is more and more rapid,the development of tourism also has more and more demand for land,as a result of the development of tourism,more and more farmers lost their land.Affected by age,cultural level,living habits,employment and other factors,these landless farmers are difficult to adapt to the new life in a short time,and it is difficult to really realize the transformation from farmers to citizens.Landless farmers often fall into the dilemma of "no land to cultivate,no work".This is a serious livelihood problem.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the livelihood changes of landless farmers before and after land loss and to solve their survival problems.From the micro perspective of landless farmers,this paper studies the changes of livelihood capital of farmers in Y village.The research is mainly described in the following seven parts:the first part to the third part use the literature analysis method to sort out the theoretical basis of this study and the research status at home and abroad.The fourth part is a brief introduction of the basic situation of the case village,and a detailed description of the questionnaire setting and data collection.Then spss22.0 software is used to carry out descriptive statistics on the livelihood problems of the farmers.It is found that the farmers in Y village have the problems of low economic income satisfaction,employment difficulties,identity differences and low compensation standards for land acquisition.To solve these problems,the fifth chapter uses entropy method and paired sample t-test to analyze the level of livelihood capital of farmers before and after land loss,and concludes that the level of livelihood capital of farmers before and after land loss is low,compared with the difference of human,material and financial capital before and after land loss?According to the above research results and combined with the actual situation of the case area,the paper puts forward the response strategies that are suitable for the actual needs of the case village landless farmers;(1)properly solve the employment problem of the landless farmers,namely,build a "local conditions based" employment training system,extend the industrial chain,encourage independent entrepreneurship,vigorously develop tourism projects,and expand the employment channels.(2)Improve the mechanism of interest distribution and share the achievements of tourism development,that is,integrate the tourism management concept,improve the mechanism of land acquisition and resettlement,establish reasonable compensation standards for land acquisition,and coordinate the interest distribution of tourism enterprises and land lost farmers.(3)Promote the landless farmers to improve social adaptability,that is to say,improve the ability of landless farmers to integrate themselves into the local tourism industry,establish the participation mechanism of landless farmers in tourism development,promote the active participation of the community,and improve the level of community participation.In the end,the author expounds the research conclusion and prospect,and points out the limitations of this study and the general direction of the follow-up study.
