Research On The Causes For Labour Return And Its Countermeasure In The Yangtze River Delta

In the early stage of the reform and opening up,a large number of migrant workers were attracted by the high income in cities and flocked to work in cities.To some extent,the rural labor force promoted the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China.At the same time,rural society is also constantly changing,government is implementing more and more favorable rural development policies,for example,the rural revitalization plan will promote the rapid development of the countryside.Many migrant workers who go out to work know more about their hometown,and after many comparisons,more of them choose to stay in the countryside for development,which leads to the phenomenon of returning rural labor force and attracts extensive attention from the academic circle.The Yangtze river delta region is a relatively developed region in economy and society.Currently,it is also facing a period of economic transformation and development.Urban areas have experienced a period of rapid development and entered a period of stable development,while rural economy has also entered a period of rapid development.Human resource factor is the key factor of regional economic and social development.Based on this,this paper takes the labor force returning from rural areas in the Yangtze river delta region as the investigation object,in order to analyze the motivation and influencing factors of labor force returning in the Yangtze river delta region,and discuss the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic and summarizes the relevant theories of labor force reflux by domestic and foreign scholars.Then the related concepts and theoretical basis of rural labor force backflow are elaborated.The theoretical basis mentioned in this paper includes population migration theory,maslow's demand theory and human capital theory.Then,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates and analyzes the demographic structure,size and motivation of the rural labor force backflow in the Yangtze river delta region,and makes an overall grasp of the current situation and motivation of the rural labor force backflow in the Yangtze river delta region.On this basis,this paper makes a detailed analysis and overview of the factors influencing the return of rural labor force in the Yangtze river delta from three aspects of social conditions,policy system and its own factors,and further analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the return of migrant labor force with the help of SWOT analysis method.Then,the paper puts forward some Suggestions to guide the rural migrant labor to return in an orderly and long-term way,that is,to improve the rural entrepreneurship environment,optimize government policies and improve the comprehensive quality of migrant workers.The backflow of labor force in the Yangtze River Delta is the result of the decrease of demand for rural labor force in urban areas,and the increase of demand for labor force in rural economic development.The government can improve living conditions,social security,capital and policy support.After the rural labor force returns to the countryside,the backflow can be achieved by developing rural tourism and rural characteristic industries Our labor force has become the main direction of employment,providing a stable human security for Rural Revitalization.
