Research On The Supervision Of Aquatic Product Safety From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

After stepping into the new century,the demand for aquatic products is much stronger with the increasing of incomes and the changing of consumption concept,which makes the whole industry developing and expanding.At the same time,the safety issues for aquatic products appear into people' eye frequently.It would be a big challenge for the credibility of government and the authority of the regulators would be weakened if the safe supplying for aquatic products can't be guaranteed.So the safety supervision matters for aquatic products would affect the development of our country's economy with high quality and the people's demand for better lives,it is a research subject with far-reaching significance.Literature review method ? qualitative analysis method ? systematic approach method are comprehensively used to study systematically on safety supervision for aquatic products from the perspective of supply chain,it has focused on details of safety supervision of aquatic products(farmed\wild caught)from obtaining,transferring,processing,distributing,storage and consumption,and gives out the effective countermeasures and advices.There are 6 chapters for main parts.Chapter 1 is the introduction for the background and significance of research,it introduces the research situation in China and aboard and confirms the study methods and the way of thinking.In Chapter 2,it defines some concepts and introduces some based theories,including safety of aquatic products,supervision for safety of aquatic products,supply chain theory,bullwhip effect theory,asymmetric information theory and so on.In Chapter 3,there are two parts,one part is to introduce the history of the supervision for aquatic products and how it is now in China.second part is to point out the main issues in the supervision system.In Chapter 4,it is to find the reasons for these main issues by analyzing the aquatic products issue case based on mainly study for market access,info trace and recall system.In Chapter 5,it gets some inspirations on updating our supervision system by studying the control system of U.S,EU and Japan.In Chapter 6,the supervision countermeasure from the perspective of supply chain has been gave out,which includes the general requirements for safety supervision for aquatic products,the supervision measures in supply chain for aquatic products and the tactics to weaken Bullwhip Effect in supervision.The innovation of this paper is to study the safety supervision for aquaticproducts from the perspective of supply chain and to give out tactics and advices after studying the supervision experience from some developed economies.
