Research On Communication Management Of Software Development Project

Enterprise information construction is an inevitable process for enterprise development.The use of enterprise information management systems can reduce enterprise costs,integrate resources,and improve work efficiency from multiple perspectives.In order to reduce the complexity of dealer management and achieve the purpose of accurate positioning and classification management,the M company dealer management system came into being.During the development of this information project,communication failure has become a major issue affecting project efficiency and performance.This article takes M Company's dealer management system development project as an example,and uses the literature method and case analysis to review the communication status of the IT project throughout its life cycle.The interview survey method was used to identify the problems in the communication process,and analyzed and summarized them in depth,and extracted the factors affecting the communication failure of the development project,including stakeholders,systems,and method factors,to pave the way for subsequent communication management research.Propose a new method for communication management of IT project of company M,and build a new communication management system,including stakeholder management system,communication plan and process system.In the process,he fully studied the current status and development trends of communication management research at home and abroad,combined with traditional communication management theories and modern information management tools,and put forward thinking about IT project communication management and protection.Finally,summarize the full-text research,refine the arguments,and summarize the gains and losses.In the context of enterprises gradually increasing information construction,IT project development has become more frequent.Communication management is particularly important for system development project management.This article uses the method of combining theory with practice to explore the mode of communication management for the smooth landing of IT projects.It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for effective communication management in similar projects in the future.
