Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic development,innovation has increasingly become the key to enhance regional competitiveness.At present,Chinese social economy stage of development is shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality,and scientific and technological innovation has become the core force driving social and economic development in the new era.As the pilot zone and the test ground for exploring the "innovation-driven" economic development model in China,the national independent innovation demonstration zone(hereinafter referred to as the "independent innovation zone")plays as an increasingly prominent role in China's economic development and technological innovation development,so its construction shoulders the historical mission of realizing the innovation-driven development of cities in China.On the other hand,the outline of the national innovation-driven development strategy issued by the CPC central committee and the state council clearly states that "innovation-driven development is in essence driven by talents".At this stage,innovative talents have become the key to the success of urban innovation development and construction.In this context,how to change the planning and construction ideas of traditional industrial parks and construct the spatial planning path of national self-created areas to promote the concentration of innovative talents has become a problem worth studying.In view of this,this article from the visual angle of promote innovation talents converging,based on the theory of innovation cluster building state independent innovation zone system theory analysis framework and research innovation talent development mechanism,through the questionnaire survey analysis of innovation talents group characteristics,the factors influencing demand and agglomeration,as a starting point,exploring to build up the innovative talents oriented independent innovation zone's spatial planning path.Based on the theory of innovation cluster,this paper firstly constructs the theoretical analysis framework of the innovation system of independent innovation zone,analyzes the development mechanism of innovative talents in the innovation system,and sorts out the main ways to attract,retain and promote innovative talents through enterprise ecosystem,urban construction environment and policy environment.Then the innovation talents questionnaire investigation to analyze its characteristics,the factors influencing demand and agglomeration,sorting out the innovative talents oriented countries create object area planning,build up independent innovation zone status evaluation system,based on the theory of space contact analyzing logic own area planning,put forward the innovative talents oriented space path planning theory framework,from promoting innovation cluster development,improve the urban environment construction and innovation guarantee mechanism in three dimensions,construct promote innovation talents converging independent innovation zone's of spatial planning path.Thirdly,taking the spatial planning of Huizhou national independent innovation demonstration zone as an example,the current situation of innovative talents and other innovative elements is evaluated,and the spatial planning path of Huizhou national independent innovation zone,which is oriented to innovative talents and conducive to the high-quality and efficient development of the self-created zone,is constructed to apply and verify the theoretical results of this paper.Finally,the paper summarizes and points out the shortcomings,and at the same time looks forward to the future direction of the development of independent innovation zone's spatial planning.
