| Since the 1970 s,China’s level of technological development has achieved a qualitative leap,but in the rapidly changing international arena,the shortcomings of technological upgrades and high-tech R & D are becoming more obvious.In order to accelerate the improvement of independent innovation capabilities,27 national independent innovation demonstration zones have been established in China since 2009.As far as the research content is concerned,most of the researches are on the model characteristics and innovation ability of the national independent innovation demonstration area,and there are few researches on dynamic mechanism.Therefore,constructing the research model of "dynamic factor — dynamic structure —dynamic principle",summarizing the power mechanism of the development of the national independent innovation demonstration zone,and evaluating the power mechanism of Beijing Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone will help to grasp the new area from a macro perspective,break through the bottleneck of the future development under the operating law of the national economy as a whole,and provide the reference significance for the construction of the new zone in the future.It is a leading "textbook".This article summarizes the development status of the current national independent innovation demonstration zones,and systematically analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the national independent innovation demonstration zones from the perspective of dynamic factor—dynamic structure—dynamic principles.It is found that the effect of the full factor is obviously greater than that of the single factor;Through continuous integration and adaptation between different dynamic factors,internal and external factors are formed,and two major dynamic structural models are coupled with each other,promote the development of the self-developed area through internal sources and external changes.In addition,this article takes the Beijing Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone as an example,collects relevant data from 2009 to 2018,uses cluster analysis,impulse response and variance decomposition under Var model and other mathematical analysis methods,by using Eviews and Spss tools to evaluate the dynamic mechanism of Beijing Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,the research conclusions show that the core driving force for the development of the Beijing Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone is the occupation of talents,the internal and external twodynamic structures are formed between the driving factors.At the current stage of development,the external impetus has a significant impact on the self-produced zone,which is an indispensable external stimulus condition.However,this driving mechanism is not stable,and it is necessary to stimulate the continuous increase of internal motivation,promote coordination with each other,and jointly promote the efficient development of the self-developed area.Finally,according to the analysis and empirical evaluation results,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of core competitiveness,dynamic structure,internal and external dynamic transformation,and future development dynamics,which can provide reference ideas for further promoting the development of national independent innovation demonstration zones. |
