| Tibet Yigong tea plantation is a state-owned enterprise which is facing with some difficulties,such as overpopulation,heavy burden,small scale,low efficiency,low output,low income and so on.In order to promote the speed of economic development of tea plantation and the whole Tibet region,help poor families to get out of poverty,this research explores which firm development strategy the Yigong tea plantation should choose and how to implement it.By using the STEEP analysis,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis,this research analyzed external environment and internal resources in Tibet Yigong tea plantation,found out the development strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and the existing problems of this enterprise.This research put forward the "Tea industry+Tourism" double-wheel-driven firm development strategy,according to the actual situations,such as the tea farm history and culture,tourism resources,R&D capabilities,financial status,human resources and so on.To ensure the effective implementation of Tibet Yigong tea development strategy,from the Government support,policy safeguard,enterprise culture,organizational guarantee,personnel training to financial support. |
