Systematic and industrialized in pension projects are still new things in China,not only involving the bidding,design,engineering and later operation management of traditional buildings,but also closely related to medical and nursing specialties.Due to the characteristics of multi industries involvement,high difficulty in progress management,especially the lack of relevant industry experience,the project team is relatively conservative when making the schedule,and has reserved enough buffer time for itself.Above problems also directly lead to the current YX pension industry projects often have problems such as schedule delay,insufficient resource allocation and budget overrun.In order to figure out a scientific way to manage YX pension industry project and improve the efficiency of the project,based on the existing literature theory,this paper will study the method of project progress management from a new perspective.The followings,we will discuss whether the Critical Chain Progress Management(CCPM)has the value of optimizing project progress management.In the first stage,with sufficient investigation and research for preliminary preparation,on-the-spot investigation and understanding of the current situation and progress analysis of the project,we have mastered the current situation of progress management of YX pension industry project,and analyzed the two existing problems.1/ Most positions have the problem of "one job,multiple responsibilities".The traditional "critical path method" is easy to lead to the problem of multithreading,and the work interface brought by multithreading usually leads to a lot of work efficiency lost.2/ Members of each subproject team habitually set buffer duration,resulting in long planned subproject and overall planned duration.3/ Based on problem 2,when the planned time of subprojects is too long,the person in charge usually places the finishing work at the end of the subproject,or directly compresses the work to the end of the subproject,which directly increases the risk of delay.And then,the Critical Chain theory is used to study the progress management of the project,by first determining the sub items with resource conflicts,identifying the key chain of the project,reducing the project safety time,buffer settings,etc.,the schedule of the project is optimized.During this,the process duration method of expert evaluation is used to reduce the safety time of the project.Considering the identification needs of critical chain,confirm the project resource constraints.When setting the buffer zone,the paper compares the cut and paste method,the elastic coefficient method and the root variance method,uses the comparison results to determine the buffer setting method,calculates and sets the resource buffer Rb,innovates the original scheme,and adopts the new idea to carry out the work with YX pension industry project.Finally,the upgraded scheme is applied to the annual node plan of YX pension industry project,and its implementation is observed,and the comparison results of the critical chain and the original key path method in the overall planning cycle,resource allocation and completion rate are obtained.
