Yantai City,as the main part of Shandong Province,whether its new urbanization has a high-quality development also affects the high-quality development of new urbanization in Shandong Province.In 2019,Yantai launched the planning and construction of nine key areas,improved the urban traffic network planning,and played an important role in speeding up the high-quality development of new urbanization in Yantai.At the end of December 2019,the ninth plenary meeting of the 13 th session of the CPC Yantai Municipal Committee was held,in which it was proposed to fully promote high-quality development,vigorously improve the quality of new urbanization,and effectively guarantee and improve people's livelihood,which is the key to improve the quality of new urbanization To promote the high-quality development of new urbanization in Yantai city provides strong support.In the future,it is an important stage of high-quality development of new urbanization.Yantai city should closely focus on the core of high-quality development,further promote the high-quality development of new urbanization,solve the constraints or challenges in the process of high-quality development of new urbanization,and strive to improve the quality of urban development and promote people's livelihood Develop and improve the living standards of residents.Under these background conditions,this paper takes the evaluation of Yantai new urbanization development quality as the research object,aiming to clarify the current level of Yantai new urbanization development through research,and provide feasible countermeasures for promoting its new urbanization high-quality development in the future.The research has the significance of the times and practical value.This article first analyzes the research background and significance of the article through a review of the literature,clearly studies the purpose and direction of Yantai's new urbanization development,and then analyzes the measurement indicators and methods of Yantai's new urbanization development based on theoretical analysis.Based on the analysis of the process and pattern of the development of new urbanization in Yantai City,on this basis,the problems of new urbanization development in Yantai City are analyzed and specific countermeasures are proposed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of the development of new urbanization in Yantai City,it is concluded that in the process of the development of new urbanization in Yantai City,the urbanization rate is constantly improving,the industrial structure is constantly optimizing,the public service is steadily improving,the income level of farmers is constantly improving,and the infrastructure is constantly improving.At the same time,many achievements have also been made,including: radiation driven local economic growth,narrowing the gap between urban and rural residents,and increasing urban ecological and environmental benefits.Secondly,through empirical analysis,it is found that the comprehensive index of Yantai's new urbanization development is on the rise from 2002 to 2017,which indicates that the level of Yantai's new urbanization development is also increasing in this period,and its development level has been raised from the low level in 2002 to the medium level in 2017.From the development of each county and city and the analysis results of each subsystem,it can be seen that the comprehensive index scores of each county and city and each subsystem,except for individual ones,are generally increasing.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems of the development of new urbanization in Yantai city and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of new urbanization in Yantai city.The problems of Yantai's new urbanization development lie in the following aspects: the resources and environment need to be further improved,the level of urban-rural integration needs to be improved,the quality of infrastructure needs to be improved,and the imbalance of regional new urbanization development.Based on this,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions: first,reduce pollution emissions and improve the environmental quality of Yantai city;second,accelerate the integration of urban and rural construction of Yantai city;third,improve the quality of infrastructure construction;fourth,promote the development of new urbanization of Yantai city according to local conditions.
