Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Farmers' Localization In Yantai City

In recent years,China has continuously promoted the pace of urbanization development,and the problems related to the transformation of farmers into citizens within a certain period of time have gradually emerged,and at the same time,the problems of farmers' localization of localization must also be considered.The former has drawn some conclusions in concrete practice,and gradually improved,but the latter has a low degree of attention because of its unique nature and quantitative constraints.For the rural population who entered urban life in urbanization,the original rural population converted to urban citizenship,their psychological,professional,life and identity transformation,the future development trend is not clear at present,this is not clear Brought us the space for research.Based on the above theories and backgrounds,this paper sorts out the relevant literature on the localization of farmers at home and abroad,and uses the dual economic structure model theory,Todaro's income expectation theory,rural urbanization development theory,urban-rural integration theory and society.The identity theory is the basis of research,and the concept of citizenship,peasant citizenization,and peasant localization is defined and elaborated.Questionnaires and partial interviews were conducted on the transition groups of 350 resettlement areas in five districts of Yantai City.The evaluation index system was constructed,and five first-level indicators of survival requirement basis,social entry,population comprehensive cultural literacy,psychological recognition level and social public service management level were established.In addition,secondary indicators and tertiary indicators were established.The weight calculation of each comprehensive index is carried out,and the fuzzy integral method is used for evaluation,and the achievements and shortcomings of farmers' localized urbanization development in Yantai City are obtained.The results show that:(1)In terms of income and consumption,the degree of citizenization in Yantai City is not high,and there is still a certain gap with urban residents.(2)The social integration of farmers in Yantai City is not high,mainly in terms of interpersonal communication.(3)There is also a certain gap in the quality of the population,mainly due to the low cultural quality.(4)Some farmershave low psychological recognition.(5)Yantai City has the highest level of public education services,but it has not invested enough in public facilities construction.Finally,it expounds how to speed up the development of farmers in Yantai City,that is,to improve the quality of services at the public level;to promote the socialization of villagers' local living;to promote the non-agriculturalization of local workers;to deepen the reform and innovation of the land system;Make up for the deficiencies in the security system,let the peasants enjoy the rights they deserve;strengthen the attention to urban civilization,so that the quality of life of farmers can gradually match the level of the times.
