since the reform and opening up,China' s economy has developed rapidly,blooming with strong vitality and light.With the advent of economic globalization,China' s entry into the WTO,China's market economy has been dynamic.Among them,state-owned enterprises play a unique role in China's market economy.In the future development of related state-owned enterprises,human resource is the enterprise resource that has the strategic position extremely.The economic business of state-owned enterprises is increasingly diversified,among which management level is the decisive dimension,and in this dimension,managers are the factors with subjective initiative.This paper studies the time management tendency of middle managers in state-owned enterprises.Studying the time management tendency of middle managers in state-owned enterprises is helpful to explore the current situation and existing problems of time management of middle managers in the company and put forward corresponding countermeasures.State-owned enterprises for the development of all the way until now,faced with new opportunities and challenges,the popularity of the Internet technology,diversification of means of payment,the flowering of diverse concepts of market consumption,and sharing the emergence of all kinds of changes,such as economy,Internet financial migration to state-owned enterprises not only bring the opportunity of this era,the challenges faced by state-owned enterprises is the s.Therefore,how state-owned enterprises can better adjust and change to adapt to the existing market from the inside out is a problem to be considered.On the basis of literature analysis,this study carried out empirical research,and mainly adopted variance analysis to explore and analyze the time management disposition of middle managers in state-owned enterprises.This paper finds that the middle managers in state-owned enterprises have the following problems in time management ability:some middle-level managers have unreasonable working hours per week,and the tendency of time management of young managers needs to be improved,the sense of time efficacy of unmarried middle-level managers is low,the education of middle-level managers needs to be further improved.The empirical study was conducted after the questionnaire method,and the robustness analysis was conducted to analyze the reliability and validity of the study.Based on the actual situation of the time management tendency of middle managers in state-owned enterprises,the following Suggestions are proposed:Strengthen the concept of time management in corporate culture,integrate the concept of working hours and time per week into performance appraisal,conduct differentiated training for managers of different types of marriage and childbearing,improve the selection mechanism of middle-level managers and incorporate it into the academic dimension,and set an example for top managers.Based on the actual operation of state-owned enterprises,middle managers play a role of connecting the preceding and the following in enterprises.Compared with senior managers,they deal with more complicated matters and require more technical content to deal with the affairs.This paper through the middle managers of the current situation of time management case analysis,found the problem and find the countermeasure,to help enterprises improve the time management efficiency of middle managers in our country,to make middle managers do in the limited time to complete the tasks may be assigned as soon as possible,with the vision and higher efficiency,better to improve the competence of middle management.
