With the development of economy and the progress of society,the electric power enterprises in our country are also developing.In the situation of fierce market competition,in order to stand on the market,enterprises need to have and build professional technical personnel to survive in the competition.In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of electric power enterprises,the requirements for the quality of employees have increased dramatically.The comprehensive quality evaluation of employees in electric power enterprises has long been a hot topic of social concern.Power supply enterprises pay more and more attention to the assessment of whether employees are suitable for their Posts and competent.In the past,electric power professionals usually need to accumulate experience and Practice for many years in enterprises to reach the level required by enterprises.In this way,it takes a lot of time and the level of technical personnel may vary.Based on this situation,this paper carries out an in-depth study of post competency,models the talent training assessment of power enterprises according to the same technology and work attributes of talent training of power enterprises human resource,and models the competency of measurement business of QY company with the goal of training technical talents to meet the requirements of the new era.Competency model construction is an important and new basic tool of modern human resource management.Through the analysis and establishment of competency model,we can effectively carry out all kinds of work of human resource management,such as recruitment,training,career development,salary,promotion,performance evaluation,etc.The establishment of competency model is a dynamic and systematic work.Generally speaking,the construction of competency model is divided into building competency dictionary,building competency model,human quality evaluation and competency model test and revision.Competency model has been paid more and more attention by enterprises in our country.As a new standard of selecting and educating people,employing and retaining people,many large companies in our country have begun to build plans for the modeling of post competency.In view of the unique culture,human environment and management mode of QY power company,this paper starts with defining the evaluation connotation and related elements of post competency and post competency,looking for a post competency modeling scheme that matches the development of QY power company and is actually needed by the enterprise.In this paper,the research background of competency model of QY power company is explained,and the significance of the research is expounded.By referring to the relevant research reports at home and abroad,the construction process and transition scheme of competency model of QY power company are put forward on the basis of integrating the relevant theories.After a series of evaluation and inspection process,the construction of the post competency model of QY power company is finally implemented.The feasibility and importance of the model system is illustrated by using the post competency model system to evaluate the pilot study.
