Study On Incentive Mechanism To Core Employee In Real Estate Enterprise

The real estate industry has already become one of the pillar industries in China in 21C.However, the majority of real estate companies participating in the market competition only for a short time and not having done enough research in Human Resource Management, this has resulted serious problems in the management, such as insufficient incentive mechanism, high employee turnover, and so on. These problems highlight the significance of HRM. Modern enterprises aim at maximizing profit. To achieve this goal, employee is the most important and fundamental element, in particular, the core employee. Therefore, the answers to the following questions are of great importance. How to manage and stimulate core employees? How to retain core employees and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity to create more value for the enterprise and increase the enterprise's competitive edge?With the construction of the incentive mechanism in the real estate industry as the theme, combined with the practical situation of real estate enterprises, this paper divide core employees into three types, regarding to their respective characteristics. The three types are management, technology and marketing. The paper has analyzed the specific needs of core employees and gathered information about their turnover and problems of the exiting incentive mechanism. Based on these efforts, it has done research on three different types of core employees in aspects of salary, performance, and career development planning, training and company culture and proposed a whole new incentive mechanism of core employees for real estate enterprises. In the end, the paper applies theories into the analysis of company Z.
