At present,the study of the villagers' perception of tourism development has gradually become an important topic in the study of tourism impact.Ethnic village tourism is a variety of ethnic village tourism,emphasizing that cultural experience is the core of ethnic village tourism,and rural residents,as an important stakeholder of ethnic village tourism,have been paid more and more attention.In recent years,with the proposal of "Precision Poverty Alleviation",the government and the people pay more attention to how to achieve precise Poverty Alleviation.However,as a model of poverty alleviation in ethnic villages,poverty alleviation by tourism in ethnic villages is of great importance to the society and economy of poor mountainous areas.The development of environment is of great significance,and it is an important way to get rid of poverty in the poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities.One of the paths.At this stage,domestic and foreign scholars relatively lack of research results in this area,especially based on villagers' perception perspective of ethnic villages tourism poverty alleviation performance evaluation research is relatively rare.Taking Murong Miao Village in Guzhang County of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,this paper analyzes the difference of villagers' perception,and makes a study on the performance evaluation of their villages' tourism poverty alleviation.On the one hand,it can enrich the theory and system of poverty alleviation performance evaluation of ethnic villages tourism based on villagers' perception,on the other hand,it can sum up the experiences of poverty alleviation in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,and provide reference for the development of accurate poverty alleviation work in the future.On the basis of referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad,based on the theory of causes of poverty,the theory of poverty alleviation in the new era,the theory of social representation and so on,with the help of Delphi method,this paper draws on the three dimensions of economic performance,social performance and environmental performance.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)determines the weight of each index,and constructs the evaluation system of poverty alleviation effect of ethnic village tourism performance based on villagers' perception.Among them,economic performance includes 9 index elements,and social performance includes 11 index elements.Environmental performance includes six index elements.Taking morong miao village as a case,this paper evaluates the current situation of tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic villages from the perspective of villagers' perception through field investigation,interviews and questionnaires.The results show that the participation of poor villagers is insufficient and the income growth is not good.The scope of tourism development is limited,and the employment posts of poor villagers are easily saturated.Increasing social conflicts and widening gap between the rich and the poor;Infrastructure is relatively backward,restrictions on poverty alleviation tourism development and other issues.According to the analysis results,it is proposed to strengthen the assistance and enhance the poor villagers' participation ability.We will expand the field of tourism development and create more jobs for the poor.Improve the income of villagers and enhance the sense of gain of poor villagers;In order to promote the sustainable development of poverty alleviation through tourism in this region,the goal of poverty alleviation through tourism in ethnic villages will be finally achieved.
