Study On The Major Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In The Decisive Victory Phase

Precise poverty alleviation is an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Nowadays,targeted poverty alleviation has entered a decisive stage of comprehensive closure.Grasping the key and difficult issues at this stage and solving them practically is the top priority in winning the battle against poverty.This article first confirmed the remarkable results of Chinese precision poverty alleviation strategy since its implementation through the decisive victory of poverty alleviation and the distribution of the poor in China.The main results are as follows:the number of poor people has fallen sharply;The service level has been significantly improved;the rural poor in the country as a whole achieved "two cares and three guarantees".At present,precision poverty alleviation is entering the final stage,and the key issues of poverty alleviation are focused on whether the remaining poor people can get rid of poverty and how to get rid of it.At present,the poverty-stricken people who have not yet got rid of poverty are mainly concentrated in deeply impoverished areas,and have some common characteristics,mainly old,sick,disabled and other physiologically or partially lost labor groups,and special types such as “slackers” who have insufficient motivation to escape poverty.Population,the main battlefield for poverty alleviation must be transferred to the deeply impoverished areas.At the same time,more effective aid methods and methods must be explored for this special type of poor people.In parallel with the solution of remaining poverty-stricken people out of poverty,there are two other problems,one is how to prevent the people who have been lifted out of poverty from returning to poverty,and the other is how to prevent marginalized people from falling into poverty and becoming the new poor.We must fully understand the include:First,the deeply impoverished areas are generally facing high environmental vulnerability,including the lack of infrastructure for the lack of natural resources and social resources;second,the
