In the face of increasingly fierce market environment,in order to improve the overall quality,innovation ability and competitive adaptability of PICC Property Insurance S branch,in order to help S Branch create corporate culture,enhance corporate efficiency and bring long-term development,,S branch needs to build a learning organization.Learning organization is group learning,which is a flat,horizontal network management organization system.Its core is to enhance the learning ability and improve the innovation ability of the organization.This article first introduces the concept of learning organization and related theoretical basis,detailed analysis of learning organization theory overview and learning organization construction model,to provide a basis for S branch to build learning organization.Then through the analysis of the actual situation of the construction of the learning organization of the S branch company,the questionnaire of the current situation of the learning organization of the S branch company is designed to grasp the basic situation of the construction of the learning organization of the S branch company,and the evaluation analysis of the construction of the learning organization of the S branch company is obtained.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the S branch,the construction of the learning organization of the S branch is carried out.The implementation strategy is mainly to reshape the corporate culture,change the employees' minds,establish a diversified training system,and systematically improve the learning mechanism.Especially for insurance sales personnel to establish a training course system covering all lines,especially the "soft equipment" series of courses to effectively improve the grass-roots learning ability.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of the learning organization of the S branch,relevant guarantee measures were taken,including: innovating learning concepts and establishing a learning management team;optimizing the hierarchy and improving the learning organization structure;optimizing the training management mechanism;scientifically designing employees Career career;actively strive for external environment support.In particular,establish S company flat organizationand optimize education and training structure.Through research,we found that we should formulate relevant implementation strategies for the problems found,ensure targeted implementation of relevant strategies,help S branch companies to establish a learning organization,help S companies to form an efficient continuous innovation mechanism,build outstanding problem-solving capabilities,and effectively promote the company.Continuous coordination and healthy development,while providing reference for other insurance companies.
