Study On The Model Of Poverty Alleviation By Tourism In Guyuan District Of Ningxia Under The Background Of Region-based Tourism

Since 2016,ningxia has become the second provincial-level demonstration zone for all-inclusive tourism in China,with the development of all-inclusive tourism as the main focus,making tourism the pilot industry,pillar industry,prosperous industry and green industry of ningxia construction.Poverty alleviation through tourism is an important way to get rid of poverty and become rich.However,based on an objective survey of the current situation of tourism poverty alleviation in guyuan region of ningxia,no scientific and reasonable development model has been established in the practice of tourism poverty alleviation,and the poverty alleviation effect is limited.Moreover,there is also a lack of research and discussion on poverty alleviation through tourism.Therefore,the theoretical research on tourism poverty alleviation,especially the in-depth exploration of the upgrading of tourism poverty alleviation model,is of great practical significance for promoting the traditional tourism poverty alleviation model to get rid of the current single,scattered and poor practical effect,and realize the full release of tourism poverty alleviation and tourism prosperity efficiency.Based on the background of global tourism and the theme of poverty alleviation model of tourism,this paper aims to clarify the theoretical basis,methods and ideas of this study by searching,sorting out and researching literature related to global tourism and poverty alleviation through tourism.And USES the questionnaire survey,field investigation,the golden pengyang county in ningxia evalution city ping terraces park,longde county town of red cliff village,zhang yi rural village of king set,xiji town JiQiang longwang village for field visits,such as in the understanding and mastering of evalution ningxia tourism poverty alleviation and development,on the basis of the existing mode of tourism poverty alleviation in natural guyuan region development condition,the article analyzes the restricting factors of benefit and development;On the basis of explaining the significance of the upgrading of guyuan region’s tourism poverty alleviation model,this paper discusses the specific strategies of the upgrading of guyuan region’s tourism poverty alleviation model.Research found that natural guyuan region tourism poverty alleviationand the main problems are: the rural tourism industry transformation of poverty alleviation and farmers is difficult,tourism projects of a single,lack of market competitiveness,high dependence on short-range market,ecological environmental protection consciousness difference,tourism products lack of core competitiveness,publicity is not big,often lack the construction funds,low quality tourism practitioners,professional talent shortage,etc.Based on these problems put forward the strategies of the tourism poverty alleviation model upgrade: will a model household construction and propaganda and training work,establish a good information platform,strengthen the training of tourism,the local people to guide local people to the participation in tourism development,pay attention to ecological protection,focus on the integration of old and new,building window,highlight the core competitiveness,to strengthen the construction of talent team,etc.Based on this research,it is expected to provide references for relevant parties and provide new ideas for upgrading the tourism poverty alleviation model in similar areas.
