Study On Optimal Layout Of Rural Residential Areas Based On Suitability Evaluation And Classification Identification

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,rural areas,farmers and agriculture are still the focus of social attention,while land planning and comprehensive management have a profound impact on the layout form and optimization adjustment of rural residential areas.Based on this background,a natural,regional and humanistic evaluation system of rural settlements suitability is established,using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)model to explore the layout suitability of natural village settlements,combined with GIS spatial analysis,the classification and identification system of rural settlements social and economic level is constructed.There are different directions.Combined with the evaluation results of the layout suitability of rural settlements and the classification and identification results of natural villages,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the layout of differentiated settlements.(1)Evaluation of the suitability of rural settlementsThe index evaluation system of layout suitability of rural settlements is established from three dimensions: nature,location and humanities according to the actual situation of the study area and the availability of indicators;the weight of each index is calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process model;the study area is divided into 30 m×30 m grid evaluation units,and the average suitability index of settlements in natural villages is obtained by using ArcGIS10.2 spatial analysis and spatial statistical functions.The index can be divided into three levels: high suitability,moderate suitability and low suitability.The evaluation results showed that Nanyang Village natural village residential site suitability grade is the highest,Heli Village is the second,Dai Shan Village because of traffic location poor,the lowest grade of suitability.(2)Optimization of the Distribution of Rural Residential AreasIn the study of spatial layout optimization of rural settlements,27 natural village settlements in the study area were classified and identified.Based on the actual investigation and analysis of natural villages in the study area and the availability of evaluation index data,combined with the existing research methods,three evaluation factors of population development scale,scale,facilities construction conditions andland scale were studied,and the corresponding evaluation indexes were established as the identification and evaluation index of natural village residential area type by selecting population number,peasant household number,per capita income,per capita cultivated land area,public service facilities,road length,hollowing degree,construction land area and per capita construction land area.suitability evaluation system.The weight of each evaluation index is calculated by entropy weight method,and the result of type division is obtained,and it is divided into suburban fusion class,characteristic protection class,stable development class,agglomeration promotion class and recession withdrawal class.Based on these,the optimal layout scheme is put forward from the macro optimization system and the meso natural village classification respectively.According to the results of the suitability evaluation,the meso is optimized according to the central village-reserve village-movement and village scheme.
