Prison enterprises are special enterprises which meet the needs of prisoners' reform through labor,and they have the general nature of enterprises from the content and the basic conditions of enterprises.Compared with other enterprises,prison enterprise shows a significant human resource inferiority,which are mainly reflected in the lack of professional knowledge of enterprise managers and the poor quality of labor force.It is urgent to optimize the staff training system for the sustainable development of prison enterprise.Henan Zhonglian Hengxin clothing company is a wholly state.owned prison enterprise belong to Henan Zhonglian group.Its main business scope is the processing of supplied materials for garments and garments.Garment and textile industry is an important industry closely related to people's life.At present,the garment and textile industry is facing many challenges at home and abroad,especially the emergence of new technologies,new processes and new equipment.The rapid development of intelligent technology,which not only greatly improves the level of social productivity,but also puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality and skills of enterprise employees.Therefore,the traditional garment and textile industry must attach great importance to staff training in the process of transformation,optimization and upgrading.This paper takes Zhonglian Hengxin clothing company as an example,combined with relevant theories of employee training,adopts questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature analysis method,to investigate the operation status and existing problems of the enterprise's training system.Then,based on the particularity of enterprise nature,we draw lessons from the mature human resource training system,emphatically from the training needs analysis,training organization,training mode and content,as well as the training effect evaluation to a more targeted training system for Zhonglian HengXin clothing company.And we provide a powerful guarantee from the organization,institutional,financial and material resources,culture and other aspects.Through the overall grasp and detailed analysis of the training system for Zhonglian Hengxin clothing company,this paper makes an optimization plan.The scheme is in line with the enterprise's reality and has strong operability,which is conducive to the enterprise to improve employees' professional quality and enhance their core competitiveness.At the same time,it is helpful to build a reciprocal relationship between prison enterprises and labor reform,and provides a new idea to achieve their own scientific development.
