With the rapid development of hi-new technology enterprises, the quantity of theknowledge workers in our country is growing quickly. The high managers of corporations, theexperts and the scholars have come to realize that the substance motivation to the knowledgeworkers can’t satisfy all the needs of them, and the value of immateriality motivation isgradually visualizing. But the study on the path of immateriality motivation is relativelymessy,the specific implementation is lagging. This article is to deal with these problems ofnon-material incentives path analysis and implementation strategy research.This thesis begins its study from tidying up the theory and learning fruits on theimmateriality motivation of the knowledge workers, and summaries up the main learningopinions and makes up a conclusion, which sets up a base for the study behind.Then, In order to increase the pertinence of the study, the author uses positive test method,that is to implement a series of visiting and searching activities to three high-freshcorporations which include a medicine corporation, a software corporation and a networkservice corporation. Through the investigation, the author finds there are five kinds ofproblems in the immateriality motivation to the knowledge workers in our country. That are: adespise of the immateriality motivation and some methods is easily passing away; there aredifferent cognition to the immateriality motivation factors between the managers and theworkers; a despise of the training and development of the knowledge workers; the effect of themotivation can not last a long time; the motivation favored people is too focused; Throughanalyzing, the thesis thinks there are four causes for the problems. That are: a misapprehensionof the immateriality motivation; a faint function of the direct managers; a lack of correctknowing of the immaterial needs of the knowledge workers; the difficulty of the appraisement of the value of immateriality motivation to the knowledge workers; the difficulty of theoperations, etc.And after that, the thesis distinguishes the paths of the immateriality motivation toknowledge workers into three kinds, according to the relationship between the paths and theneeds of the knowledge workers. The paths are: work environment kind; organizationrelationship kind; self-development kind. So the thesis makes up the paths system toknowledge workers’ immaterial motivation.At last, the thesis studies the implement strategy of the immaterial motivation toknowledge workers for our country’s enterprises’. The strategy is expanded from three aspects.That are: to lead by a correct concept; to modify the operate routine of immaterial motivationto knowledge workers; to set up rule system to insure the operation of immaterial motivationto knowledge workers.
