Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies And Measures In Inner Mongolia

Accurate Poverty alleviation is an important measure to promote the building of an all-round well-off society timely and to get the goal of "two hundred-years".It is also a vivid interpretation of the CPC's "people-oriented" concept.Inner Mongolia,as a minority border province,has a weak economic development foundation.The task of poverty alleviation and development is very arduous.By combing the precise poverty alleviation policy of Inner Mongolia in an all-round way and taking the Molidawadaur Autonomous Banner of Hulunbeir City as an example,this paper presents not only specific actions at the county level in the implementation of decision-making and deployment of the CPC and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region but also the useful practices and reflected inadequate problems in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's implementations to promote the request of accurate poverty alleviation precisely landed.Persisting planning the "post poverty alleviation era" in the long-term perspective of Rural Revitalization;persisting taking ecological priority and green development as the basic requirements of industrial and ecological poverty alleviation;dynamically setting the guarantee standards,not engaging in eating the next year 's food;making good use of performance evaluation and trying to avoid formalism are put forward at the end of the paper.
