Performance Analysis Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies

Since the reform and opening up,China has made great efforts to promote poverty alleviation and development,and made remarkable achievements.However,with the development of economy and society,the deep-seated contradiction that restricts the development of poor areas is constantly emerging,which makes China's poverty alleviation development face many unprecedented tests and challenges.At the same time,due to the lack of scientific targeting mechanism,the number of poor people is unknown and the poverty situation is unknown,which seriously hinders the accurate use of poverty alleviation resources and the effect of poverty reduction.In view of this,China has continuously improved the poverty alleviation strategy and carried out targeted poverty alleviation policy,carried out the work of filing and registering,and strived to provide comprehensive and precise support to the rural poor in poor areas,so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the poverty alleviation policy.Targeted poverty alleviation is the essence and highlight of the party's and the country's anti-poverty work in the new era,and it is an important guarantee for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the great "Chinese dream" of the Chinese nation.This paper selects methods such as literature research and in-depth interview,and takes the theory of public policy performance evaluation as the theoretical basis to analyze the poverty alleviation model of S village in northwest Anhui province.It summarizes the current poverty situation of S village in northwest Anhui province.Second,the poor people's self-development ability is weak,the rate of poverty is high;Third,industrial development difficulties;Fourth,it is difficult for poor farmers to make ends meet and increase their income.Based on this,under the guidance of scientific,normative,applicable and critical principles,a performance evaluation system of targeted poverty alleviation policy in S village in northwest Anhui province was constructed by using the subjective evaluation method,and the system was used for case analysis.Under the new situation and accuracy under the background of poverty alleviation,how to adapt to the present situation,the thinking of innovation performance evaluation for poverty alleviation is how to establish an effective policy accurate performance evaluation system of performance evaluation,and excavate the deep reasons of the obstacles to performance improvement,how the poverty alleviation policy based on the practice of performance evaluation,we will further improve the performance evaluation system and relevant supporting measures of poverty reduction policy,is to study and solve the problem.In poverty alleviation and the accuracy of this research perspective,in order to accurately for poverty alleviation policy execution performance as the research object,explore the precise poverty alleviation policy under the background of accurate identification and accurate implementation of poverty alleviation policy execution performance,the influence of industry relation among the players how to affect the performance of poverty reduction policy and village-level governance under the residency system will affect how poverty alleviation policy implementation effect,etc.
