At Nowadays,the market competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and human resources,as a key factor in the competition among enterprises,are being paid more and more attention by enterprises.Human resource is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises and the key factor to ensure that enterprises can gain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.For enterprises,human resource cost management is an important part of enterprise cost management.The key is to maintain the input cost of human resources at a reasonable level and maximize the benefits of enterprises.The value of human resource cost efficiency is also related to product cost,economic benefits of enterprises and market competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent.On the other hand,the investment scale and structure of human resources cost also affect the enthusiasm of employees and the management efficiency of the company to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to do a good job in human resource cost management.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the relevant research and research methods at home and abroad,understands the latest progress of domestic and foreign units in the research direction,and finds the entry point for the research.Firstly,this paper systematically sorted out the relevant research and research methods at home and abroad,understood the latest progress of domestic and foreign units in this research direction,and found the starting point of research.Secondly,we define the concept of human resource cost management theory,and introduce the classification and composition of human resource cost,including human resource acquisition cost,training cost,use cost,turnover cost,etc.,laying a solid theoretical foundation for this study.Thirdly,according to the theory of human resource cost management,this paper systematically analyzes the situation of GW company's human resource cost management.This part mainly introduces the basic situation of GW company and the current situation of human resource management,analyzes the existing problems,and deeply excavates the fundamental reasons behind the problems.Fourthly,according to the current situation of human resource cost management of GW company,this paper constructs the human resource cost management system from the dimensions of total human resource cost index,structure index and ratio index,analyzes and comprehensively evaluates from the perspectives of elastic control and ratio control.Fifth,in order to ensure the effectiveness of GW company's human resource cost management system,this paper finally puts forward the measures of GW company's human resource cost optimization from the perspectives of elasticity and ratio control measures,human resource cost management,assessment system and supervision mechanism.
