Study On The Optimization Of Endowment Insurance Policy For Land Lost Farmers In Nanchang High Tech Zone

Since the 40 th anniversary of China's reform and opening up,people's living standards have been constantly improved,and urbanization construction has become more rapid.With the rapid development of local economic construction,the number of land acquisition and demolition projects is increasing,which leads to a large number of landless farmers losing their land and many social instability factors.At present,China's aging situation is becoming more and more serious.These farmers who have lost their land face the aging society,but have no guarantee for their life.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the old-age insurance system for land lost farmers,which can not only guarantee the living standards of land lost farmers,but also reduce the petition rate,complaint rate and a series of social problems.This paper takes the land lost farmers in Nanchang high tech Zone as the research object,through the investigation and Research on the current situation of the implementation of the endowment insurance policy for the land lost farmers in Nanchang high tech Zone,analyzes the possible problems,and puts forward relevant policy optimization suggestions.First of all,there are four major problems in the implementation of the endowment insurance policy for land lost farmers in Nanchang high tech Zone: first,the system design is not perfect;second,the compensation standard for land acquisition is not high;third,the policy publicity is not many;fourth,the qualification identification process is complex.Secondly,this paper selects Zhejiang Province,Shanghai and Chongqing as the reference objects of endowment insurance policies for landless farmers,and draws the following experience through reference: first,improving the compensation standard for land acquisition can increase the participation rate of landless farmers;second,incorporating basic social insurance can increase the satisfaction of landless farmers;third,introducing commercial insurance to participate in the competition can reduce the complaint rate of landless farmers ?Finally,in order to improve the old-age insurance system of landless farmers in Nanchang high tech Zone,the following four suggestions are put forward: first,optimize the old-age insurance policy of landless farmers;second,improve the compensation system for land acquisition of landless farmers;third,build the employment assistance system of landless farmers;fourth,implement the education and medical security of landless farmers.On the other hand,it can provide policy suggestions for Nanchang city to make a new type of endowment insurance policy.
