With the evolution of quality connotation from single product quality to management "quality",quality innovation is not only limited to product quality improvement,but also extends to leaders,customers and relevant parties.The existing research on quality innovation focuses on the relationship between quality and innovation,product quality innovation and other aspects,while there is little research on the evaluation of quality innovation from the perspective of "big quality" of operation.Therefore,the evaluation of quality innovation based on enterprise operation is more necessary.For this purpose,the following main research work is carried out in this paper:First,the quality innovation evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises is established through the in-depth analysis of the multi-level and multi-index evaluation system of the Criteria for Performance Excellence,which starts from the leadership,strategic,resources and other important management factors,and combines the connotation of quality innovation to identifies the quality innovation factors of manufacturing enterprises.Second,D-S theory is introduced to evaluate the quality innovation.First of all,given that there are both qualitative and quantitative indicators in the quality innovation evaluation system,the cloud model is applied to deal with the qualitative indicators.Based on the establishment of the quality innovation evaluation scale cloud,the evaluation is transformed into a cloud model.The evaluation cloud model of multiple experts under each indicator is synthesized by comprehensive cloud,and the mass function of each qualitative indicator is obtained by cloud model similarity;For the processing of quantitative indicators,the upper and lower limits are established according to the data over the years and the information of peer enterprises,and the mass function is determined by dividing the equal interval.Secondly,in the stage of information synthesis,considering the shortcomings of the classical D-S synthesis formula,this paper proposes a synthesis method based on Pignistic probability function and information entropy,which can better solve the problem of evidence conflict by information fusion from the information of the function itself.Finally,the information fusion of mass function is completed through the improved synthesis formula,and the quality innovation evaluation level of the index is determined by the decision method based on mass function.Third,on the basis of establishing the quality innovation evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises,the above quality innovation evaluation model based on D-S theory is applied to X enterprise.The key quality innovation indicators of X enterprise are ranked according to the quality innovation evaluation results,and the key indicators are identified,and the countermeasures to improve the quality innovation level are proposed.Theoretical and case studies show that the quality innovation evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprises established in this study,improved synthesis algorithm,and the established evaluation model can achieve predetermined evaluation objectives.The quality innovation evaluation model based on D-S theory can systematically and scientifically evaluate the quality innovation level of manufacturing enterprises,which can reasonably explain the processing process of uncertain information and has maneuverability.The final evaluation results are presented in the form of data,which makes the calculation process more objective and intuitive.
