Study On Tourism Development Of Qingdao Zhucha Island

With the rapid growth of the tourism market demand and the implementation of the national marine development strategy,"Coastal Tourism" is becoming a key target for the structural adjustment of the national tourism industry and the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.Due to the increasing socio-economic level and people's living standards,the overall trend of the tourism market is gradually developing towards personalization and characteristics,and the islands surrounding coastal cities are becoming popular tourist destinations.In May 2018,the Qingdao Municipal People's Government issued ?the Outline of Qingdao's Global Tourism Planning(2018-2021)?,and Qingdao's island tourism ushered in development opportunities.Combined with two years of study and thinking in tourism management and years of work experience,this thesis selects the thesis topics for systematic research on the tourism development of Zhucha Island,Qingdao,which has outstanding comprehensive development conditions and has not been developed.In the course of the research,firstly,the status of tourism development on Zhucha Island was introduced,its tourism resource advantages,potential customers,and consumption structure were analyzed,and the island tourism environment in Qingdao City,domestic and international,was combed.Secondly,a 20-member expert group was formed,and the Delphi method was used to determine the specific indicators for comprehensive evaluation of the tourism development conditions of Zhucha Island,and then the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct an evaluation system model and determine the index weights.Then,an expert group of 15 people was formed,and the indicators were evaluated using the expert scoring method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the conclusion of whether Zhucha Island is suitable for tourism development was drawn.Finally,the SWOT model of Zhucha Island tourism development is constructed,and the indicators correspond to the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges that may be faced during the development process.Based on the previous research results,the specific situation of Zhucha Island and the Qingdao tourism market Environment,formulate strategies for tourism development of Zhucha Island.After a systematic study of Zhucha Island,an evaluation system model consisting of 25 specific indicators was finally constructed.The tourism development conditions of Zhucha Island obtained a comprehensive evaluation of the optimal level “very suitable for development”,and proposed from four perspectives 20 specific strategies for tourism development on Zhucha Island.
